This was an awesome 1st experience. The establishment was clean. I enjoyed the music and the cartoons. The food was fantastic. The shakes are delicious! A lot of homemade treats. Homemade whipped cream in my vanilla shake! Homemade buns on my burger. I'm going back and definitely taking my family! Customer service was super fast and friendly!
This was SUCH a fun and delicious diner. Our burger was full of juice and flavor. The turtle pecan milkshake was balanced and decently proportioned. The sweet potato fries almost made me sick because I could not stop eating them!;crispy and warm. Every server in the place checked on us and smiled our way several times throughout our dining experience. Upscale felt like the coziest spot we've been to in a while.
The food was fresh, tasted great and you can tell the cooks took pride in their work. I love the idea that even the fries are cut by hand and nothing was overly greasy. The shake was also delicious, it could have been mixed better though when taking a sip it tasted like straight chocolate syrup.
We love trying new, non chain places but this place let us down. The pictures on here and reviews looked SO good but it was sub par. We’d describe the food as bland, except to some extent the burgers. 1) the fried mushrooms were awful. Absolutely flavorless. They must have been frozen too because you could squeeze water out of each one. Would not recommend. 2) the fries were alright. Needed salt and must have been sitting out because they were neither hot nor crispy. 3) the green Chile and bleu burgers did have better flavor 4) turtle shake was alright but why were we given the shake before all of our food? I guess make sure to ask for your shake to come after your meal so it doesn’t melt like ours. Maybe we just unlucky but we didn’t like the food. Nice staff though
This place replaced what used to be a Johnny Rockets in the mall. I used to love going there, so I was eager to see if Upscale lived up to its predecessor. I'd say, it's pretty great! I bought a double cheeseburger with fries and a dark chocolate shake. I really, really liked them, and they turned out much better than I expected them to. Employees were nice too. Highly recommended.
Ordered BLAT, Chipotle chicken sandwich, grilled cheese and a brownie shame. Sandwiches were good, a little small but delish. Highlight were the fresh cut fries. Fries were cut thin. Grilled cheese toast was slightly burned. Service was good. Give this place a try.
We happened upon "Upscale Burgers & Shakes" at the Cottonwood Mall and gave it a try. It is located in the spot where Johnny Rockets used to be. Several of us got burgers and we shared regular and sweet potato fries. I gotta say that the burgers and regular fries deserve 5+ stars, but the shake we ordered to share (a turtle shake) was one of the worst I've ever had and definitely not worth $6 as it was icy and watery...not creamy as you might expect of an "upscale" shake. I commented about it to our server who let us know that she was told it was possibly due to being made with (homemade) ice cream from the bottom of the container. We declined having another one made because we were already done with our meal and I was surprised to see the charge on our bill since we didn't consume it. I would definitely eat there again...but would hesitate ordering a shake unless I saw one made that wasn't an icy mess like the one we got.
Really good burgers and milk shakes ! Location is very convenient right next to the movie theater. I just didn’t like that you have to order and pay first before you even get a table . Also I like basing my Tip on the quality of food and service, so I didn’t have a choice since you have to order and pay first

We met friends for a quick lunch and everything was good. Our server was so attentive and no one had to ask for a thing. I'd recommend the fried green beans! I would eat them as a meal next time. We loved the beer samples as well. The restaurant was
Best ground beef tacos in town except for today; Everything cold. Too bad, downgrade to 3 stars. Every time I need a taco fix I head to Spinns. Reasonable prices and great service. We also have been there for steaks and drinks. Too bad. Off day.
Five stars for Five Guys. Not as expensive as I thought... given Taco Bell is now $29 for two, $40 ain't bad. And that food delivered on its promise. I'm full. Fairly clean bathrooms and 80s music are a nice touch.
Terrific atmosphere quick order well organized delicious food prepared by Anthony. Great employees who work as a team to give the customers their orders with satisfaction. Keep up the team work. I recommend this place for your craving to be fulfill
We picked this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were not disappointed. Burgers were fresh and so were the onion rings and seasoned fries. We also ordered the pumpkin pie milkshake which was their featured shake. It t
Absolutely loved my stay at the Desert Compass! The property is beautiful and very well kept. I stayed in the Rattlesnake Suite and it was so cozy, welcoming, and clean. The private/gated parking provided me with peace of mind. I would definitely boo
There is no one better than Lawrence for a specialized plan. I came in with a gluteal tendinopathy after months of working with a Physical Therapist, Lawrence was the one who finally got me feeling fully healed. Great gym, great people, highly reco
