Upon arrival into the room it had a old smell. The room seemed to be cleaned. Beds were hard on top of a metal platform type frame. The sink water was brown and had a lead taste and the towels had stains on them. Check out time was 10:30am and when asked for extension which was granted for another hour, they turn the air off 30 minutes before our extension was up. Clarksdale has to do better and demand better services.
This hotel is a complete dump the people are very nasty! They lie to get extra money out of you. I stayed one night while I was getting my electric fixed and had to return on another occasion for different reasons and they refused to rent me a room said I threw a wild party and destroyed the room well that's a lie I keep to myself and just letting everyone know if you are black they put you in the back!!!!!
0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️ This hotel is not safe for women especially if you’re planning on staying alone I’ve stayed here and encountered weird behavior twice with the owners thinking I was staying alone which I wasn’t the first encounter was one of the owners seeing me enter the room and waiting around to see was anyone coming to join me and when he notice I was alone he called the phone to see would I answer and I didn’t when I didn’t answer I heard a knock on the door when I look out the peep hold I saw his face I was scared I panicked once I didn’t say anything he attempted to use another set of keys to enter the room I slid the dresser behind the door attempted to call someone didn’t get an answer so I ran out the room and left this was the first encounter on today Jan 13 I was at this hotel the exact same thing happened to me I entered the room I guess he watched the cameras to see me enter he waited about 30-45 minutes later to see was anyone coming but no one pulled up so he used the key to come inside I was suppose to stay in this room until 11am tomorrow morning I didn’t feel safe so I left didn’t return the key or anything I just left and left the key sitting on the table inside the room basically waste money I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning to be alone it isn’t safe once again 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I needed a last minute accommodations in Clarksdale for our crew. The place was a pleasant surprise. Ample parking, newly remodeled, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Could probably stand a mattress upgrade but otherwise great for the money.
I never got a chance to see the owners they talk to me through a window that was covered with Tint. I only got a chance to see her fingers when she grab my debit card. When I entered the room there was no tissue and the towels were dirty it was still stuff left in the refrigerator from the customers before us. And the telephone did not work.The lady was very rude and nasty.
Absolutely the cleanest floors I've ever seen in an establishment!! Owners were real nice. I'd recommend
This Hotel Surprised me!!! For the price I thought I would get a cheesy room but it was newly remodeled. The rooms are clean, the beds are big, the bathroom have new tile, it comes with a microwave and small fridge, and a nice flat screen TV. I was truly impressed and since being in Clarksdale I haven't stay at another Hotel. Mr. Mike and Ms. Mary the owners are very friendly and nice.
They are making an obvious effort to improve the property. Rm 102 was clean and freshly painted with newer carpet. Parking lot is tidy. Everything works.
Minor nit picks - ice machine doesn't work, some dust on headboard and lights, no shampoo.

Go see the new sales associate Caressa for assistance. She was absolutely amazing. She made my experience of furniture shopping a whole lot easier. She was also very polite. She helped me to pick out the best furniture. I am very grateful.
