Up and Running put a new hard drive in my business computer for $500 and it still didn't work. Shortly after, spent $200 more here to fix a program that he said was stuck open, and it still didn't operate properly. He said my warranty wouldn't cover the charge. Finally brought it somewhere else and found out the spinner he installed was useless as a hard drive repair. Having to pay again for it repaired somewhere else.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC TO HIM!!! HE CHARGED ME $320 TO PUT IN A GRAPHIC CARD THAT ONLY COST $50 AND ON TOP OF THAT ITS NOT EVEN A GAMING GRAPHIC CARD 🤬 I HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP IN SACRAMENTO THAT LITERALLY LAUGHED WHEN HE SEEN THE PART AND TO MAKE IT WORSE HE LOOKED UP THAT EXACT PART AND IT NO MORE THAN $50... AND HE HAS NO RETURN POLICY SO NOW IM BASICALLY OUT OF $320
