Unwined is the place to be! Ideal atmosphere with constant live music, friendly staff, and a caring owner (Jeremy). Great beach setting, delicious food, and diverse drink menu for everyone. It's a must-visit and highly recommend for friends and family looking to have a fun time and share some laughs. We love to bring games and spend hours here! Always look forward to being at Topsail and especially visits to unWINEd Bar. Great atmosphere and fun for the whole family including my teenage granddaughter (who loves the coffee). We enjoy the food, especially the ice cream. The thing we like the best is when Wes Rider plays music. We have gone to see him several times in recent years. He often invites audience participation which we love. Nothing better than beach with good food, good friends and good music!

I visited Unwined with a few of my colleagues for lunch and some drinks on the weekend. I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff was very nice and helpful, that’s not the issue. The issue is the value for the price. The sandwiches were $13.95 each and were VERY thin. Almost a glorified grilled cheese. The turkey was a thin single layer. The Italian was not much better. The sandwich was not flavorful and was overly buttery. A 10-dollar “glass” of wine was a very light pour. I wish I would have had a way to measure it as it looks like about 4 oz. In other words an ounce short. It was served in a standard plastic wine cup so I can say I am very familiar with what the cup should look like. The Latte I purchased was overpriced and the extras add up at an unreasonable rate. EX. 1.10 extra for almond milk, that’s excessive. The store is somewhat confusing in its layout with one side being ice cream and coffee and the other side being the bar. When entering it is not apparent that you need to order food at the bar. It is interesting to note that while they have a variety of sandwiches etc. they have NO condiments. I asked for some mayonnaise on the side and I was told as they are “not a restaurant” they do not keep any condiments. This is rather odd as they have quite a selection of sandwiches and other items. Overall I would not go back. I would give a 5 star for the staff but only a 2 for the food quality and price. I will give it 3 but only for the outdoor deck with music and friendly staff. Food wise a 2 is all that is warranted, maybe less.

Live music, great beer & wine selection and the cutest little beach shop! What more could you ask for! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the weather for locals and vacationers. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Music was excellent! Service was amazing and made sure I enjoyed what I was drinking before selling me anything! Excited to come back in the future and try more delicious goodies ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️salsa was fresh and a great compliment to wine and beer we enjoyed!

Only wonderful things to say. The wine selection is incredible. The owner places such a high priority on offering unique, delicious, high quality wines. Our bar tender Rojo was so helpful, kind, and attentive. We have come multiple times and have always had a first class experience. Great outdoor area too with live music. Highly recommend!!!

This is my favorite place on the island! Whenever I travel down here from Ohio to see my daughter, I always have to stop here! The bartender (Kristen) was patient and knowledgeable (also nice to look at, and talk to) about the local beers (5 local and 1 national on tap) and about 60 other choices in cans and bottles. The weather wasn’t great yesterday, but we all had a great time anyway. The owner (Jeremy) was also there and he is also from Ohio. He was very accommodating and obviously just wanted to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. The food is perfect for the environment. Obviously, it’s not 5 star dining but very enjoyable. Great experience! The deck here and the live entertainment is always great too!!!

I’m a local & absolutely LOVE unwined! They have the best atmosphere! I am in my happy place when listening to live music & sitting outside in the sunshine or even just the night ocean breeze under the lights! Carrina is such a great bartender! Soo sweet & accommodating! If I could give her & this establishment more stars I would!
