University Inn & Suites - Hotel in Winston-Salem - 2115 Peters Creek Pkwy, USA

I prefer this hotel in winston because its the cheapest one in winston. Depending on the room you get you may or may not get a fridge or a microwave. You may or may not get towels and washcloths in your room (we didnt get any dhis last time) but, overall they a good hotel, they have a pool.

Every negative review on here is correct. I'm not sure how this hotel has not been shut down. God forbid this place caught fire because all the rooms do not have smoke detectors. Housekeeping is beyond rude and can speak and understand English when telling you to get out before checkout time but if you ask them anything else they look at you blankly and shrug their shoulders then walk away. Rooms are not clean, never have towels (ironically when I asked for a room in the front building the guy said no bc they didn't have towels and instead put me in a room with no smoke detector, no trashcan, and one lamp that hardly worked but told me no to a room with no towels even though I said I brought my own) and good luck getting any because you can't find anyone unless they are telling you to leave but the shower is disgusting so you probably dont want to take one there anyway. There are roaches everywhere and if you are in the back building there are even more than in the front! It's way over priced for how disgusting it is!! You are better off sleeping in your car!

Rooms were nasty, no garbage cans in the room, had to beg for towels.

Worst place I have ever stated. Roaches and bed bugs in rooms. Ac busted and leaked. Neighbor up at 2 am outside smoking weed and playing loud music. Tell management all they do is tell u all that is wrong is you. You always have issues with the rooms. Moved rooms three times in one night and had same issue in all three. Charged 100 for 1 night. Don't get clean sheets or housekeeping. Cater to black. Management is racist. Front desk is mother son. The first shift manager is the mother and then her relief is the son. Has her favorites who get away with things and don't have to pay full price

The worst place that I've ever checked into. Paid $65... Got to room.....and air conditioner busted up, No bulbs, Etc .Got another room..... even worse. The ceiling leaked ...... fridge not working. I told him to keep the money. Of course he got an attitude and we argued for 5 minutes. He even said he didn't care about anything or the conditions of the rooms. Deplorable. It needs to be condemned. Don't Go There.

Worse place I ever stayed in my life! Manager and staff are beyond rude. I agree with every single negative review on here. Just plain nasty!! They even come knocking on your door when it’s time to leave, if you don’t answer they come inside yelling, “time to get out, you got so many minutes!” I was even in the shower. I wrote a detailed review and they deleted it! Ha! What does that tell ya?? NEVER AGAIN!!!

If you want a roach motel, this place defines it*. This place is gross. I got a room with one faulty faucet; a cigarette in the bathtub; and a phone that didn't work... Internet/WiFi?? LMAO. No. Do NOT tell Management... they may not (and for good reason) rent you a room for the evening. And for GOOD REASON. THEY ARE GROSS. 1 STAR 0NLY bc you MUST rate 1-5, but TRUST!! THEY ARE ZEROS!!!!!!

Worse hotel I have ever been in. Filthy. Stinky. No trash cans. No air conditioning. Very very dirty. Smells of Marijuana bad.
