Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites - Resort hotel in Orlando - 7000 Universal Blvd, USA

I was pleasantly surprised at the clean and efficient style of the hotel, and we would go back. Very good value for the location and amenities. Well-run Starbucks location in the lobby also a big plus. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly overall. We also had a minor service issue with our room which was handled quickly and courteously in less than 30 minutes.

This hotel has visual amenities as a top notch hotel, and a fair price. It is around 2-3 years new. Good food service, and a good pool, and a good Starbucks. My only concern is the noise level of the other guests. They could definitely look out for their fellow guests by being conscientious of their noise levels and also take better care of the structure they're staying at.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was helpful and the dining options were great. The chef even worked with us so our severely allergic daughter could eat dinner there at the hotel restaurant. Chef Andrew was so helpful and went through all the ingredients with us. Our daughter ate safely and it was delicious too! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Pas incroyable. Toutes les chambres de bases sont communicantes ce qui devrait être indiqué sur le site. Les chambres sont très mal isolées et l’hôtel très bruyant donc il est vraiment compliqué de bien dormir. En plus les chambres ne sont pas propres et nettoyées n’importe comment pendant le séjour ! Ne vaut pas du tout son prix Je met deux étoiles car les réceptionnistes étaient tous très gentils (c’était les seuls !)

Surfside is so clean and well maintained! The rooms are comfortable and updated with a mini fridge and coffee maker. There is a quick serve restaurant, Starbucks, and bar. The pool is gorgeous, and the water felt heated in the winter (no hot tub). They also allow you to text them if you need things for the room or if you have questions. Wi-fi was very reliable. Check in is at 4pm, and check out is at 11am. We were able to check in early. There is luggage storage to use while you are at the theme parks. You get early admission to the theme parks by staying here, which is great. We never waited more than five minutes for the free buses that take you to the parks, and it is about a three minute drive to the parks. This resort is smaller than Dockside, so getting around was really easy. There are also restaurants, inexpensive souvenir shops, mini golf, and places to get groceries and other needs within quick walking distance from the hotel. The only con is that it was easy to hear noise from other rooms, so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Highly recommend Surfside if you prefer to spend less on hotels like I do!

We had a great 4 nights at Surfside resort. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The café was smaller and had somewhat limited options but the offerings were decent quality (we only had breakfast here). The pool was great. The bar was very nice as well. This resort represents one of Universals more economical options but we found the quality of the facility and the amenities to be top notch and well worth what we paid. We spent a majority of our time in the parks, left the hotel early and came back late each day. This was a perfect place to clean up and rest between our adventures!!

Such a beautiful hotel. It is hard to believe it is considered a value resort. The rooms have high ceilings and are nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. We decided to stay in a two bedroom suite and we are so glad we did. A lot of room for our family of four. This hotel had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very impressed with the bus service to City Walk. Our longest wait for a bus was five minutes. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to have a Starbucks right in the lobby! We were so happy with this hotel stay that we would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved everything about it.

We stayed for one night because the next day I was visiting a college with my son. The lobby was great and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room has plently of space. There was a beautiful pool with a pool bar, arcade, food court, Starbucks, and a gift shop. The parking garage was close to the hotel. I will definitely be back. There was nothing I didn't like.
