I trained here until my Mom died from cancer and I went into massive depression then I canceled my Full Use Monthly Pass. I wish I hadn't! Bobby was an amazing friend who would take the time to explain something as simple as a minor foot position to make the follow up jab or knee more effective. Eddie is VERY knowledgeable and was just getting ready to get me into the ring before my Mom's passing. And Lisa, I admire her history in the ring. She's has lots of experience to draw from to teach her students. I enjoyed every minute I trained here. And the trips to see Eddie and Lisa's student's fight in the octagon at The EQ, putting their training to the test, was a blast! Thanks for all the memories! ~Lee "Ryukami" Wilder

Such a great establishment ran by coaches Lisa and Eddie. Our son joined about a year and a half ago for kids MMA and was able to go up to jujitsu based on skill level. The way this kid has blossomed and found his confidence from this class is incredible. Lisa and Eddie are hands on, helpful, caring and run an incredible business teaching others. We are one, proud of our child and two, thankful we found United Training Center. We’re clients for as long as Washington allows us to be. Thank you all!

Very welcoming and wholesome family that owns this place. Classes are great, you can tell they’re truly knowledgeable in each area of training. Even though some class sizes are bigger than others they take their time to help individuals when needed. I used to train years back at a karate school on the east coast and aside from my boxing coach I never really even got sweaty from classes but when I train here it’s a good workout on top of learning technique. I definitely recommend this training center.

I love this place. My son has been training here for about 3 years. I just started also. I'm 42 years old, have been in the Army for almost 22 years. I'm pretty broken, my body feels pretty old from beating it up all these years, but I get a great workout. I love going to clas. Coach Eddy, Lisa and Bobby are all amazing, patient and helpful. If you're looking to be a fighter or just get a workout this is the place to be. It's not just a gym, it's family.

I have been training with Lisa for about 3 years now. She is patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I appreciate that our workouts are always unique and different from the last. She pushes me in a way that I can’t push myself. I have never seen results faster. You can tell that eddy and Lisa genuinely care about their clients well being in and out of the gym. I love supporting a local family run business. I would recommend 100%!

These guys are great! Start every session getting your heart rate up, its multi-disciplinary, adults and children sessions at different times. But most importantly, they care about their community. I'm in the military and I had some financial issues and they really helped me out during that time. Absolutely recommend. If I ever come back to the area, I'll be seeing them again .

I’ve known Eddy and Lisa for 10+ years now, they’ve worked hard and have put in countless hours to make this gym what it is now. Starting out of their garage, then into a warehouse and now in this beautiful establishment! This is a result of their passion for the sport and for the people in their community. Through my years training with Eddy and Lisa I’ve spent countless hours in their gym and have never heard Eddy or Lisa speak of someone with ill intent. They have influenced many people I know in a positive manner and do their part to help the community. This gym is like any other gym, you get what you put in, if you don’t work it, it won’t work for you. The quality of training is awesome and the support surpasses expectations. The thing that has always separated this gym from others to me is the team comradery within these walls. Eddy and Lisa have built a culture of being there for your team members when training for a fight or when they need you and that has built lifelong friendships.

They were very unprofessional didn’t give my daughter a shot she’s 4 1/2 super shy the class says little ninjas start from ages 3-6 and literally only let my daughter do the exercise for 9 MINUTES! 9 MINUTES pulled her off the mat and told her to watch the rest of class! Didn’t even give her a chance to let her warm up to people.
