The United club at terminal A at Newark (NOT POLARIS) International Airport was clean, and very spacious. The food/snack choices were mediocre but fine. It stinks that they changed their policy; only letting a member have 2 guests. It used to be for a family of four. The staff was great, very courteous and super nice.
The lounge is a real haven in this terrible airport. The food appeared better in the menu than in reality. The desserts were very good. The shower rooms were top notch
Comfortable. Unfortunately the Agent at the desk who was supposed to be able to help in case of issues was not helpful at all. She tried to avoid any action and basically her standard answer was " cannot see anything/I cannot do anything". This for Premier travellers with United.
I’m sure that I’m not the only one who thinks that EWR is not an easy airport to travel to or from. However, the Polaris lounge will help to take the edge off and make you feel comfortable. The food is okay, nothing special but the lounge itself has plenty of amenities that will cater to your comfort, like snooze rooms and good clean showers if you’re connecting between long haul flights and have time to freshen up.
Good food good service. Still feels a little cold inside with how busy it is. The buffet is stacked the drinks are good as is the service in the dining area. They do offer self service small cans of soda and water. Hope you can find a seat this place is packed during prime time the staff is very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are co Ed individually placed. They have showers also
What a great lounge! The staff were friendly and the service was good. The food buffet for lunch was yummy. We got the sandwiches, salad, pasta, cookies, lemon stuff, and the cheesecake. There were also little snack items like gummy bears and trail mix. Along with sodas, tea, coffee, water, and bar drinks. There were plenty of places to eat and lounge. We also took a shower in the shower suites. Very nice. Comes with soaps, lotion, slippers, towels, and extra amenities if needed. Overall great lounge for a long layover!
Very new 2023 and very trendy lounge Nice food Very clean Various seating arrangement to for biz and family Quit area for work Sport style bar work variety of drinks
I probably caught one of the busiest time at this lounge. Although Newark was in general not impressive at all, United did a quite good job managing this Polaris lounge, despite the tons of people there on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. The staff made sure that there were always enough food, drinks, clean plates and cutlery, and dirty dishes got removed and tables cleaned almost immediately.
Torch is a one of a kind cigar experience. A true cigar lounge unlike anything you have ever seen. "Tee" the owner is a great guy who goes out of his way to ensure you are satisfied. This place is a diamond in the rough. Great people and atmosphere.
I just like the fact that the female that answer the phone the night that I called was very very delightful. But I never did go in that night because they were close to closing. However, I have been there in the past and Iâve always gotten good ser
