United Medical Imaging of Downey - Medical diagnostic imaging center in Downey - 11411 Brookshire Ave UNIT 101, USA

I visited for a CT scan and although the service and technician were excellent, the restrooms in the facility were disgusting and had biohazardous body fluids on the walls and floors which did not appear to have been cleaned in a long time, if ever. The equipment did seem clean. Everything was great except for the restroom:(

Excellent experience with open MRI service! I have severe claustrophobia and needed to undergo two MRI exams, which took almost two hours inside the MRI machine. I am so grateful to Manager Robert, who gave me the opportunity to do a test run, explained everything, and allowed me to bring a friend inside the MRI machine room. The technician was very kind and professional. I felt so safe, and my claustrophobic symptoms didn't even bother me during the exam! I am so grateful to Robert and his team! Yes, it is difficult to make an appointment because you need to wait on the phone line for 20-30 minutes, but it is worth it!

They get pretty busy here, but everyone seems to be doing their best. Nobody ever picks up the phone though. Long hold times to schedule an appt. Perhaps they can implement an online system? 6 stars for Dara in the MRI Center who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He made my office visit much more enjoyable! Thank you. 🙏🏽

I was referred to this place by my Dr. I called to schedule an appointment and left a message. Unfortunately nobody ever called me back. After reading these reviews, I understand why. I ended up calling my Dr and asked for another referral because I’m not comfortable going to a place with terrible customer service.

Recently went to this office and the tech that was treating me was super rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Abigail . If she doesn’t like to work with people I think she needs to find another job career . I am an elder I never been more disrespected . She wouldn’t treat her elders like that . I will be reporting to higher up

I had to make several attempts to get through to schedule an appointment. Finally I got through and was on hold for about an hr. Made my appointment about a week later for an open mri @8pm. Got there around 730pm and was out @820pm. I had a good experience overall.

I had a great experience at this imaging center. Dina, the MRI technician was super sweet, patient, and very professional. MRI’s can be a nerve wracking experience for me but she made the process easy.

Appointment scheduled a month ago and when I show up to my scheduled appointment, they cancel saying the person who does the procedure has been out sick. Why couldn't they call to reschedule instead of wasting my time by showing up to an irrelevant and unnecessary appointment?
