This is the second time I've had call United Drain Techs over the last 2 years because some reason I thought in my first life I was a plumber. I was wrong, and both times he's done an EXTRAORDINARY job. He'll answer you're questions and even show you how to do it yourself. His customer skills are top notch, hence the reason I keep his number in my phone. The prices are very fair and I feel I'm not getting played. Great choice. Highly recommend this company.

After scheduling issues with other plumbing companies I came across United Drain Techs. Josiah, the owner, was at my house within a half hour to give me an estimate. Josiah is very polite and respectful and made my husband and me feel very comfortable. He diagnosed the issue immediately. We scheduled the work and Josiah completed the job quickly. I'm a believer in supporting small businesses whenever possible. It is obvious that Josiah takes pride in his work. I fully recommend United Drain Techs. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his clients and their issues, give them all call. I am very happy that I did.

United drain techs responded to our emergency plumbing situation very quickly and took their time to assess the problem. They did everything with quality and precision and solved our problem in a timely manner with Aloha. I'd recommend them to anyone! Poor diagnosis. Delays made the problem worse. Took days to come out, diagnose, and then do their repair of something other than the main problem they were called for. Over a week to be exact. Water damage and mold worsened in that time because the Tech wouldn't listen. He insisted it was clean water from the main water line. We kept arguing it was sewer water from a sewer line! Couldn't fix it. It was too big a job to do at that point. Would've been another several days to another week! We kept being put on the back burner despite the urgency! No bueno! Cost waaaay too much, considering what they repaired was not THE problem. They fixed a loose toilet base and valve instead. Not to mention, they made the real problem worse when the tech made a bigger hole in the wall during his "diagnosis." We had to hire a different plumber who fixed THE problem of a broken main sewer pipe and sewer water gushing through the wall into the unit, AND he did it in a timely manner!! Would NOT recommend, let alone do business with again!!!

Professional, courteous, and transparent. A rarity among rising plumbing contractors. A bonus that they have experience working with mainland companies and a local heart.

Braddahs came in clutch when everyone else was not available.. they are very professional and knowledgeable. I took them to my leak and they found the problem right away. I was amazed on how quick they got the problem fixed as well. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs I might need! Mahalo!

If you ever need a GREAT plumber, give Josiah a call at United Drain Tech! I got a referral from my mom’s neighbor. He’s VERY knowledgable & friendly! I texted him and he got back to me within minutes! We scheduled him to come over the following morning at 9am. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! He accessed the 2 problem area, gave an estimate and he start working…He changed a bathroom & kitchen faucet and had also changed some corroded copper pipes.
