My first time visiting Unique Cafe and I was not disappointed. My steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, the steak was fat N juicy & seasoned just right. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good Breakfast. The menu has lots of variety. I got the chance to meetthe owner Nadine, who was very kind and attentive.

Yummy Yummy!! Unique Cafe hit the spot. You can order traditional American Breakfast, Caribbean Breakfast or a combination of both!! Sooo Good!! Plenty of Parking and great for Groups, dates , brunch, and dinner. Definitely Recommend!!

I keep coming back to Unique Cafe, the food here is so wholesome & delicious. I love the consistency of the food, it always tastes the same. The staff is very warm & welcoming; great customer service. I especially love their shiaaberry smoothie with ka'chava (it's the absolute best!). I recommend the shrimp avocado salad, ginger shot, the coffee tastes great; not watered down 👍 the sirloin steak & eggs, the unique special, jerk chicken and Jamaican beef patties (made fresh; from scratch).

My friend shared a plate with me a week ago and I’ve been craving it ever since, literally couldn’t wait to get my hands on this amazing meal again! Super warm and friendly greeting, food was exceptionally fresh & details for order were followed to a T. Only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 was due to the fact I ordered fried chicken and although it was definitely good I wish I would have specified on wanting fried chicken wings or the lesser favorite drumsticks. I’ve never been anywhere and ordered fried chicken and received a whole order without a single wing or drum but I guess that was my mistake and if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve more than happily ordered another batch and waited for the deliciousness. Otherwise this place is exceptional, great customer service, delicious food, easy access to location and plenty of parking! Wish I could order via DoorDash, for some reason it wouldn’t let me but I understood why after showing up and realizing the yummy food is freshly made so it would take a very long time. Definitely worth a visit, it’s my new favorite soul food place in town!!!!

Try this lovely restaurant as soon as possible. Stopped by with my cousin to get coffees to go for a two hour drive to the Cape, but the people there were so nice, we decided to stay and have a late lunch. We were both rewarded with delicious meals. Yasmin suggested oxtail, so I jumped on that. The tender meat melted off the bone. The sauce was a Jamaican perfection. The fried plantains were superb in flavor and tender, and enhanced by the oxtail sauce. The rice and peas were tasty in a subtle way with flavors that were perfectly balanced and not overwhelming in any way. The owner also cooked and she came out to talk to us. She could not have been more gracious, upbeat and thankful for our being there. This restaurant is clean as a whistle, including the kitchen and the good-sized bathrooms. There is good old-fashioned counter service with seats that spin, or you can sit at tables by the windows that offer outside light. We couldn’t have been more pleased. I don’t see how anyone could be disappointed at the Unique Cafe.

Delicious Jamaican food in the heart of Worcester, MA! Try the ox tail meal with rice and beans and a side of sweet fried plantains, you won't regret it! 👌

I stopped im for the first time for an early lunch; the garlic shrimp, cabbage and peas and rice were the best I’vd had in a loooonh time, and definitely im Worcester. The owner, Nadine, is super-friendly. This is my new go-to for Jamaican food.

Just tried Unique Cafe! What a great experience! Breakfast was fabulous and had the pleasure of speaking to the owner Nadine. Cant' wait to go back for lunch! This place feels like home, welcoming and serene. Thanks to Nadine and family for a wonderful morning.
