Union Three - Indoor cycling in Tampa - 1221 E Cumberland Ave, USA

First time in Union Three and I took the Hot Yoga Class with Dee! The experience was amazing, such a powerful sweaty class I loved it! After class you feel great, strong and refreshed with the cold wet towel they provide after class! You got to try it out! Take some water and a dry towel!

This has to be my favorite hot yoga studio in Tampa (other than Yogasix) but my biggest complaint is that they do not have their own parking. It makes you constantly late or miss class altogether due to the 3 min rule. Especially worse when classes are timed at the same time as cruises leaving Out of the port of Tampa, which shares the same exact parking garage. Wish there were some type of noon or afternoon classes for people who don’t live within walking distance.

My wife and I have been going to Union Three for about a year now, and it is an amazing place for so many reasons! It's more than just a place to get a good workout--they do an incredible job cultivating community and creating a place for everyone. Frank is second to none as a spin instructor, and recently I've been going weekly to the Saturday morning stretch class in the heated yoga room with Chris, and it has made a huge difference in flexibility and pain management. I have herniated discs in my back, and inflammatory arthritis, and after just a couple months it has had a really positive impact on my joints and muscles. Thanks U3, and glad to be a part of the community!

My girlfriends and I took a spin class during my bachelorette weekend. Katie was so helpful leading up to the class making sure we had our seat preferences and music preferences. Sasha, the instructor, kept us smiling the whole time with his energy. Union three made me feel so special and was one of the highlights of the whole weekend!

Union Three is my home away from home! As someone who's tried multiple gyms and studios across the country, I can honestly say there's nothing quite like this place. The focus on community and mindset make it SO much more than just a physical workout. It's completely changed the way I think about fitness and movement, and just life in general and I'm hooked! If you're thinking of giving it a try, just do it. It'll change your life!

I LOVE Union Three!! Literally one of the best studios in Tampa. Before U3, I wasn't a person who worked out ever, but you can't help but want to come all the time when you catch their contagious enthusiasm, gratitude, passion, and drive. The classes are fun and really grow you, the coaches are super talented and motivational, and the community is one of the most tight-knit and supportive you can find. So many amazing people who make you feel like part of the team! (Their studio is also gorgeous and in a great location). I've struggled with body issues, but I always leave classes feeling excited and grateful for what they've been able to help me accomplish...try a spin class (or other class!) here and you'll never want to go anywhere else!

Union Three is wonderful. I have been to many yoga classes in my life and I have had many yoga teachers. Alexandra is the best yoga teacher I have ever had and she teaches the best class I have ever been to. Alexandra speaks beautiful thoughtful words throughout the class and she gives a peaceful energy to her students. The music and the heat really enhance the experience and the cold towel and relaxing cool down at the end is a really nice touch. I highly recommend Alexandra's class. It is a very special experience.

From front desk to every person that works here you feel the authentic love and welcome into the U3 fam. It’s a community. A fantastic studio for both cycle and yoga practice. You won’t be able to not come back for more. Come join the fam. Looking forward to meeting you!
