We went on Xmas Day to see the Color Purple. Thankful that I purchased tickets ahead of time because the line for the food was outrageous. I didn't find out until I was close to ordering that the lines were for food and tickets together. It was a madhouse and took an hour to get my order. Also, hot food I had to go to another line to pick up. The food and ticketing system were a complete mess, however I gave it a 4 because the seats were comfortable, 30 minutes of previews, and hopefully they are more organized on a normal day.
Love union landing It's a wonderful place to get a bite to eat or go shopping. There are beauty stores and a place to get your nails done. If you need something for your pet there are 2 different pets places with all your needs. As well as 3 different stores for groceries. A movie theater that's wonderful it's really clean and has many different movies playing, and as well as a hotel that is quite and a fair price. There is also a police station rite there in union landing which makes things very safe
Why open a store and it's for the employees only and not to the general public ?? And you need an invitation too?? That's the case with Columbia clothing store. If anything , offer the employees a diclscount while they shop there. Wouldn't that make more sense? Do you think the employees will buy more things than the rest of the general public??
Always a pleasure to visit here. Recently saw 'Wish' . The food selection is good the Arcade although small is pretty packed. I totally hate the assigned setting. Don't think it's ever something I'll get accustomed too
This is one of the biggest outdoor shopping centers I’ve been to in the Bay Area. I usually come here to eat Jollibee or shop at Best Buy. It is Black Friday today and there were many people when I go to Best Buy. There are other great places to go such as Century 25, Texas Roadhouse, and In-And-Out Burger. Very nice and convenient shopping place for Union City locals to go to. I was little when I seen those places and am quite surprised that they are still here. Quite unfortunate that Fuddruckers is permanently closed here, but at least that they have The Habit, which I never went during my childhood years.
Love the app/website feature to pre-order food/drinks when you buy your tickets
Maybe management got cheap and decided not to pay for maintenanceand upkeep.. A lot of places are dirty with overgrown weeds
One of the VERY BEST outlet malls you can go into! This place has every item you can get short of what you’ll find @ Walmart and The only Caveat I can give you people as a hardcore shopper about this shopping place is the parking: The Parking here is an absolute NIGHTMARE if you go here like 2 weeks before Christmas Day where there is not ONE SINGLE OPEN parking space available and you’ll be here for hours just to wait for a single parking spot! The parking spaces in this shopping place fills up real quick on a Friday LET ALONE Saturday & Sundays so get here as early in the afternoon as you could! The Cinemark theater and the Starbucks area is where you’ll never find a single parking space here hence why I’ve ALWAYS bring my bicycle traveling here for there are plenty of parking spaces for bicycles here and I never had any problems on parking but good luck to you if you have a car/truck SUV for you’ll surely be waiting for a parking spot. This place is easy as for a walking distance for every store here are accessible and most are in a one story building. I’m just grateful I’ve never owned a car so I’m an exemption to the traffic here. There’s a bus terminal here for the Union City Transit and for AC Transit buses and you can ride this instead of bringing your vehicle here.
They got a great menu for kid's and for adults and the service is awesome not only that you're right in the middle of History Niles Canyon is where Charlie Chaplin used to make some of his very first movies you need to come visit to China Niles it's
Oh my God this place is so ghetto... But the Mexican bread place is dope.. in the Burmese donut shop has some serious Asian characters in it... Eating dumplings out of the steam pot, gives you that authentic napalm in the morning feeling if you're e
Food is awesome, will go back for the food once more. The beer garden has a lovely environment but a little disappointed with the small number of beer on tap. The one I wanted had also over. They do have a large variety of canned beers so you still h

Update, You guys have one employee here his name is LIS. This man has so much energy and positivity. I myself was in a good mood, I am very pleased that I met such a person. Always good, but those french fries are not good, i don't like it.
This park to practice soccer is very good, there are competitive leagues but there are also recreational groups that meet to play soccer with friends, there is parking, that's a plus.
Amazing little gem in Fremont. The tonkotsu broth base here it rich and very flavourful and very comparable with some of the other great ramen places in Asia. Service was pretty good and parking is easy. I recommend the black garlic (kuro tonkotsu) o
