Unik Motel - Motel in Harbor City - 1404 CA-1, USA

First time in LA couldn't have picked a better situated motel, All sightseeing done by bus and not a bad experience. Just get a Tap card. Didn't bother with cooking as there was plenty of places to get a takeaway. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

First time in LA and researched a lot of places to find the right area. I'd been informed that some areas were a bit more unsavoury than others. Ideally situated for using the Metro for exploring LA although I did underestimate how large this metropolis is.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful motel… No smoking 🚭 which was great for my little ones but they do have a cute little smoker lounge/sitting area for those that do smoke. My daughter really loved the mirror.. 10 out of 10

Overall a great place to stay, safe and secure. Rules are more prevalent here than other places but I guess they are looking after the place hence these are in place. Modern clean tidy rooms, if wanting to use the kitchen you will have to request pots pans etc. Good parking on site and it's near most shops and restaurants.

My wife would kill me when we arrived here in town and we don't stay at unik.MY WIFE HAS WORKED AT SOME OF YHE BIGGEST HOTEL SUCH AS HILTON INN, COURTYARD MARRIOTT,BAYMOUNT HOTEL, EMBASSY SUITES. Now I'm getting the feeling that we won't be coming as often. Rooms or great one of the best places here to stay. Plot twist only one disabled parking. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET TO DISABLED CUSTOMERS HOW CAN YOU ASSIST THEM BOTH.I ASKED FRONT DESK TO SAVE THE PARKING OSE TO THE DOOR. THE REPLY WAS I DONT SAVE PARKING. WOW.AND IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. THAT BROKE MY HEART TO KNOW SHE DIDNT THINK SHE HANDICAP.

Excellent accommodations. Dont be fooled by the appearance of this motel. The interior of the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is immaculate by all measures, refrigerator and freezer accompanied by a induction cooking surface for meals to be prepared with a sink . AC and Heating done by remote control....... Sadly, the internet service is poor. My stay was enjoyable and the management was superb. This is my 4th visit to Unik Motel and I expect to return for another stay .

Stayed for 5 nights, really enjoyed. They have a small kitchen and microwave and a big refrigerator. Just ask at the front desk, they give you the things you need !

I reserved a room with 2 quee👸🏽 beds the price was relatively affordable for Los Angeles I have no complaints on the price This hotel🏨 is relatively a nice place for the area the renovations they have done have been amazing everything is clean/newer the beds🛌 are real comfortable the bathroom🚻 was the only small issue I had a problem the tub had there where marks as you can see in the pictures that i posted the vanity mirror in the bathroom,countertops were very nice the small stove,microwave where very new they also had a small table area where you can eat after you prepare a meal which is really good for people that have kids or someone that wants to surprise someone they love with a mealbthey cooked🍳 They also have a lot of different restaurants fast food places plenty of places that you can find what you need in the area The area has upgraded a lot but there is a lot of law enforcement up and down the street with their sirens🚨 there are a lot of muscle cars🚗 ,sports cars🚗 a few transients here,there basically around where is that not happening at in these times I will be going back to this place other than the few issues I would say this is a nice place
