The bar was a little tight for seating, but otherwise what a MAGICAL experience! Holy cow! Cannot possibly recommend enough the Madai - sea bream, the toro fatty tuna with aged soy and caviar, and the barracuda with blueberry and pomegranate. Also, we went out on a limb a bit with the fried chicken Bao buns and WOW - I haven’t had fried chicken that well-prepared in ages! It came out hot, crispy and even, and the Thai basil added lovely flavor in every bite. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.
The food here was incredible. Elegant without being stuffy. The service staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out items to try. The place is expensive, but if you have the money to treat yourself, I’d highly recommend you visit.
First time in Boston, and shockingly the food here has been really bad. But Uni is an exception. Amazing food. Loved it. I wouldn't call it a traditional sushi restaurant, but they do have sashimi and nigiri. The miso eggplant was amazing along with the fried chicken bao bun.
I’ve already made another reservation! It took us a minute to order since we had to look up some of the ingredients, but everything we did end up ordering was incredible. We ordered the chutoro (medium fatty tuna) again because it was so good.
Loved the yellowtail and the spicy tuna maki and for dessert definitely try the valrhona mouse!! I also tried the chicken boa but it wasn’t my favorite
I loved eating at Uni! The vibe was really cool and the seating outside was wonderful. The food was a 8.5/10, super creative while still being delicious. They had some basic dishes like the Brussel sprouts but hit the mark great. For the more creative dishes like the crab fried rice they managed to combine a bunch of flavors that you wouldnt think taste good together. They made it work though! The pineapple and crab with the rice was great, the cherry, lemon, and hamachi were a great combo. And the scorpionfish had a similar thing going on too. The fried chicken bao buns were something I had never seen done but they did it great. Dessert was served creatively, as you can see with the white chocolate mousse, however, i wouldnt get the mochi again. 8.8/10
Wowww loved sitting outside. My date had the Emotional Detachment which was robust and balanced, full flavored of love. I had the salted Nonalcoholic cocktail and I ordered a second one I was so in love with it. Everything we had was special. The pasta and mushroom dish was my favorite. I love foie gras, had it with the spicy tuna, it did not disappoint. Brussels 10/10. Veggie roll. 💯 Tofu was nice too. David our server was sweet.
Not your average sushi restaurant.
The food is amazing visually and tastes.
Service is impeccable and a new go to night out.
Did the Omakase bar at Shore Leave for my birthday. Chef Vincent made it an experience I wonât soon forget. Stayed after at the tiki bar and had an awesome time. Staff were super generous and kind.
Good quality sushi and creative rolls. I was in Boston for work and I came here two nights in a row I liked it so much. I like that the surroundings arenât especially fancy, itâs just good food! They have a lot of awards hanging on the wall.
First time coming to this establishment. It has a nice ambiance. I really enjoy the shrimp tempura appetizer. It comes with vegetables but I asked my waitress if she could kindly take it off and she said yes. I donât really like fried vegetables. I

I never thought I'd enjoy rowing, especially in a class workout setting since I love working out by myself and doing my own thing. But this has been such a pleasant surprise and I love it!! The instructors are great (all women, woo!) and it's been so
