It's a decent park, with easy hiking trails that have great views. Overall, it's not really a bad place to bring your kids. There are picnic tables under shady trees. A large basketball court, two baseball fields, with a large, grassy field in the middle. Unfortunately, with it being where it is, there tends to be some garbage, broken bottles occasionally, etc, so you may have to do some cleanup before letting your little ones play.
this park Is huge and if you get a chance to go sledding, check out the hill at this park. It's definitely worth taking a tube down multiple times
Great park, horrible maintenance. Crabgrass, dandelions, and host of other weeds everywhere. One of the baby swings is broken. Granted the neighborhood is a bit iffy but that doesn't mean letting this public park go. People in the neighborhood deserve better. The slides and overall play stuff are still great. But one can tell this park's maintenance is an afterthought compared to, say, EdgeCliff or Mission
A diverse and overlooked park full of secrets and fun in all seasons.
Very nice park in sort of a sketchy part of town. Easy access to the Ben Burr trail. Great sledding hill in the winter.
Has three different areas of playground equipment. A splash pad. Large very well taken care of lawn. Two full baseball fields with dug outs and back stop. Park is very well taken care of. Bathrooms are disgusting though.
like under this hill there's a park: Three sets of playground equipment, water pad, two baseball dimonds, volleyball, hourse shoe pit, basketball hoops, and some trails that you might for a moment forget your in civilisation. We like to take the trail over Altamont from Liberty park.
We really enjoy this park. As all parks these days, you have to be careful of parafenailia due to transient, but that's literally at every park in Spokane and surrounding areas. Overall, this is a great park.
Absolutely love coming here. Lots of benches to sit as you wander through a huge selection of trees and shrubs. Well maintained. Each season is highlighted by nature's own beauty.
A beautiful little park, suitable for picnics, bird watching, jogging etc. Centered in a very nice neighborhood. The pond in the center is very beautiful, lots of ducks and turtles.
This place is beautiful. It's usually clean. It's my favorite place to go to work or do art. There's always something to do. I love to go there at night and just sit in on the jungle gym. The carousel is also amazing. I'm glad I get to be a part of
This upper portion of Manito delivers just as much fun as the rest if the park! This area boasts an enormous kickball field, a splash pad, a toddler playground, and playground equipment for the bigger kids! There are many trees to enjoy the shade and
Best park for a shorter walk in nature! Surprisingly stroller-friendly if your stroller can tolerate gravel (our stroller is not anything special and did just fine!) There's also a neighborhood nearby that is nice for walking through.
We visited the Moore Turner Heritage gardens. It was a very steep climb up the steps which weren't all paved so make sure you bring some good shoes. Nice view of Spokane at the top. Definitely not stroller friendly.
Grant Park is a great, open space for kiddos. Nice, updated rope structure is a wonderful learning tool for coordination and footwork. There's plenty of field space and trees to climb as well
I have a garden there and the park is always teaming with people. Mostly kids n they always seem to have fun there. Seems fairly safe as there always parents around. The water feature is very cool. Basket ball courts being used a lot. Could use some
At Hatch Beaker + burr I was impressed with the care and consistency that goes into every cup. It is somewhat rare to find a coffee shop that goes through the process of measuring each dose, tamping it correctly, and pouring every shot with the same
The crepes here are delicious and absolutely beautiful, and the latte art is so impressive. We got the classic nutella, strawberry and banana crepe, as well as the strawberry crunch crepe, and two vanilla lattes. The folks that work there are very ki
I love these workouts! The community that Joe and the trainers nurture is fantastic. Itâs such a positive space to be and I feel stronger than I ever have! The workouts are hard and rewarding but if you need modifications, they gladly help you find
This studio is my happy place!!! The atmosphere, the people, and the classes always put me in the best mood. I leave every single time with a smile, guaranteed!!! I love the âno judgementâ feel of this studio and it is a place for all levels to j
We had a great trip. The guides took us on fun rapids, but we never felt like they didn't have it under control. The guides were awesome, they shared cool stories and kept it fun. All the guides seemed awesome, but our boat guide, Jackson, was phenom
Great gym! My husband and I were passing through the area and they were happy to let us drop in for the day. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely use this gym again the next time we are in Spokane.
I love Shala. I've been coming off and on for about a year. I'm definitely still a newbie at yoga but I always feel accepted right where I'm at. I can tell that the folks who run Shala have a deep understanding and appreciation for the roots of yoga.
They don't offer food, but this place has great vibes going for it. It's the classiest dive bar in Spokane for sure, and I'll definitely be back. Josh is a fantastic bartender.
Here at orange theory it is a good environment that helps me get motivated to workout especially during cold months. The workouts are as challenging as I want them depending on how hard I push myself (or the coach pushes me ð). The treadmills are
