Undercliff Picnic Area - Picnic ground in Englewood Cliffs - Henry Hudson Dr, USA

Underrated little hiking spot on the Hudson River. This is a great place for calm, peaceful hikes and picnics out in nature. There are long trails across small beaches and wooded areas. Be warned, some of the trails are a bit muddy, narrow, or rocky. Definitely come prepared and bring bug spray. But overall, Undercliff Picnic Area is the perfect place to spend time in the outdoors and admire the beautiful view of the Hudson.

It’s a calm and quiet place with a lot of privacy for families, an immediate destination for escaping to nature. It offers both beach and trails to woods.

Great beginner hiking trail with plenty of great photo opportunities overlooking the New York City skyline. There are also picnic tables that are great for lunch with friends and family!

Very calm and silence. The only sounds are from nature early morning.
