Uncle Charlie's Package Liquor, Grill & Tavern - Bar & grill in Cheyenne - 6001 Yellowstone Rd, USA

Went to Uncle Charlie's for lunch and I was not disappointed. I've lived here my whole life and have been here multiple times, but I have never eaten here. This was the first time. First off, the atmosphere is great in the restaurant. Even though it's smaller and the tables are closer to each other than you realize, it's still great. The service was amazing. The service was attentive to our needs my water glass never went empty and dirty dishes were quickly taken off of the table. There are a lot of good looking choices on the menu, but today I went with the Grilled Chicken Breast salad and even though it's not as dressed up as other restaurants, it was just perfect for me. I love that it was simple and I didn't have to wade through a full layer of croutons. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was enough to fill me up. If you haven't eaten here, I highly recommend it. The service alone is enough to want me to come back out and eat here.

First time in. I'm visiting a friend who took me here. I'm from Washington state. I had the chicken strips & fries. They were delicious. My friend ordered the vegetarian sandwich and she also said it was delicious. The waitress was excellent. My only complaint was there were people, I couldn't see them from where I was sitting, I think they were at the bar, a group and seriously so loud we had a hard time hearing one another talk. Maybe we should have joined them in on all their fun. 🤣

Nice, quiet restaurant/pub for a casual dinner. Service was great and I did not feel rushed. Cosmo was heavy on the vodka and short on taste. However, the peach mule was on point. I had the french dip and cheese bites with southwest sauce and both were good.

Great little spot to eat. We were in from Arkansas visiting. And had great service and great food. Highly recommend if you are in the cheyenne area. Had amazing rocky mountain oysters and a Ruben. Amazingly good

Place was packed there was a private party. We had a limited staff but they worked their butt off. Food was really good

Walked in, sat down, waited for 10 minutes before a waitress (that was tall, husky, and had brown hair) walked over and stood next to the table, didn’t ask or say “hey what can I get you”, ended up walking out. Customer service is key to a business. Teach your waitresses how to great customers and not just show up at the table, no expression, no conversation.

Food here is SO hit or miss. This was a to-go order. Ordered Chicken fried steak and it was sizeable and good. However the Fettuccini Alfredo was not so much. A bunch of noodles with flavorless sauce of some sort. added chicken to it, thinking it would be sliced or cut chicken pieces ON the noodles. What I got was overcooked breaded chicken (non-descript) on dry bread with overcooked cheese on one side: essentially a sandwich. pretty much a waste of a meal. as all not edible. DO Better
