Amazing down-to-earth museum! Owner is great and sang a fun song while I was there. The collection itself is quirky, but that personally makes the trip more worthwhile. This is a museum that I would love to visit again!
The umbrella cover museum was the highlight of our time on Peaks today! I’ve been on the island many times, but hadn’t previously stopped in, but I’m glad I did today. Nancy is very passionate and knowledgeable about the covers, and makes the stop a very memorable experience. It’s very quirky and will certainly leave you with a story. I’ll never look at an umbrella cover the same way!
Fun little museum that celebrates the uniqueness of mundane things. Thousands of covers to see and even some risqué covers to see if you're nice. Nancy is a wonderful curator and host to all. Ask too if she can play and sing the Umbrella Cover Theme song!
Excellent depiction of the umbrella cover! I do wish they wouldn't disparage against the larger overlooked outdoor umbrella. Please do not continue to perpetuate this dis-inclusion of that sub-style of umbrella. But excellent assortment of hand held umbrella covers.

Visit to Peaks Island is not complete without going to this little museum. Loved it! Nancy “3”(that’s her middle number) Hoffman, the owner, makes the experience super memorable. Must visit!
