I had the best experience with this company today. Specifically with an awesome guy name Que! I explained to him my son turns 13 in a couple days and his party is tomorrow and what I needed and how much I was working with and how my son deserves a great birthday for how good he’s done this year and everything and he REALLY looked out for him and worked with me on everything. I’d give this company and Que himself 10 stars if it was possible! Thank you for making sure my son has the best 13th birthday ! Highly recommend for customer service, cleanliness, respectfulness, and great products at very good prices! P.s he even gave me a box to wrap it in! 🙃

I busted my IPhone SE screen. I thought for sure I was going to have to pay a broken phone off to my phone company and get another phone! I called “ultra we fix it all” a very kind man named Que, gave me a very awesome price and told me to come on in. I arrived to the repair shop and was out in less than 30 minutes. He also threw in a screen protector to keep this from happening again. Amazing customer service, professional, polite and very nice! If I ever need help with fixing or replacing something on my phone I will 100% be back! Thank you for your help!!! 😎✌️🤙🏼

The owner of the store, Cody, advertises PlayStation 5’s as brand new, when in fact they are not. He sales used PS5, with 1 year warranty and sell them as BRAND NEW and sells them the same price as a PS5, in mint condition and original packaging. I told him, his advertising of the product is misleading and is not what I agreed to pay for. After 3 weeks of giving him multiple opportunities to give me a brand new PS5, he was unable to make this right with me. He tried to sell me 2 used ps5’s and the 3rd one, he supposedly ordered, got lost in FEDEX shipping 😒. I decided to return all him items and void the Acima leasing agreement with him. I asked him multiple times to submit the customer return invoice to Acima leasing to complete the termination process and it’s been a month and a half and he still hasn’t done it. I love supporting small businesses, but he’s definitely a dishonest owner, who didn’t even seem bothered that his customer was not satisfied with their business. I had to keep reaching out to him to get an update. He rarely answers the phone or responds to texts. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone

Cody helped me with my 11 pro max fixed my screen it was falling out & I even bought a IPhone 12 from him it’s doing so good I highly recommend going to see him !!

The tech was really great. They have fixed a switch for me really fast. Also let me know they it would cost more to fix a device than to by a new one. Which I appreciated

At this point we're getting our phones fixed on a monthly basis due to work based hazards. Always fast and professional service, ridiculously quick turnaround!

Took my computer in for it was smelling like something was burning inside it they kept it for a month never updating about anything finally am told it is done and plug it in and it smells like something is burning and now it won't come on. So much for trusting them to fix it. Sorry you had a month to fix it and did nothing I don't wanna waste more time would rather just try and get a new computer than mess with your company again the poor communication and workmanship is ridiculous.
