UFO Hibachi Express - Japanese restaurant in Roswell - 1010 Mansell Rd #170, USA

Wow! That's the first thing that comes to mind about this wonderful place. The service was exceptional, top quality ingredients, and a great atmosphere. You can tell they have a passion for this. They have the best ginger sauce I have ever had!!! Highly recommend if you are passing through or just live close by. I told my wife about it, and we may make a trip from Knoxville, TN, just to grab some food from here.

Be advised - delicious food inbound. The dude that runs this place is the hibachi whisperer. This hibachi is head and shoulders above any I’ve ever had: the meat is cooked perfectly, veggies are noticeably fresher than other spots, teriyaki is house-made, portions are generous. The place is super clean, ordering is efficient and fun (you’ll see), and cool jazz plays overhead while you eat. Hours are weird so make sure you check open times.

Wonderful and exciting! From the minute I walked in, was felt like family. Jake is incredible the way this place is run. I only went in for a meat lovers to go but wound up having tacos in the dining room (ribeye for steak!) and was influenced to change my Togo order from meat lovers to A7 hibachi, which I did. NO REGRETS. Two days later, I’m still enjoying this delicious, fresh and well prepared food. Thanks Jake! I have been coming to UFO Hibachi Express for about a year now and the food and if I had to give a single word for them, it would be consistent. The food is consistently delicious and the service is consistently amazing. The owner is always hospitable and friendly. I usually get take out here a couple times a week.

We did a pickup order. The chicken, veggies and rice are all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend getting extra ginger sauce, we loved it. The chicken meat was really wonderful (not having a weird texture like some hibachi places.) I love how the vegetables are cut and sliced - they have great texture and taste. The restaurant is so clean!!! Also, the people working there are very thorough and made sure the order was correct at the time of pickup. Overall, we are very impressed and will be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The food is so good!!!! I have driven past this place everyday on my way to work. I got the meat lovers steak and chicken with fried rice. The in house made teriyaki was amazing. It was very tasty and the man behind the counter was very informative and extremely nice. It was a great experience all around.

I have tried many casual hibachi restaurants, and UFO Hibachi by far offers the closest type and taste of food you can get at a sit down, cook in front of you hibachi restaurant. The food here is pricey, but it's definitely worth the price and you can taste the difference. A husband and wife team provide everything at this restaurant- they put a lot of love in their food and it shows. They give you a lot of food - definitely enough for 2 meals. And there are some really good alternatives on the menu like tacos filled with hibachi cooked meat. And the vegetables are actually a nice treat - they use actual fresh vegetables instead of the pre-sliced bag vegetables that have that fake taste to them. A must try if you're in the mood for this type of food - and be sure to try the ginger sauce. Amazing!

Unknowingly showed up just before closing time and still patiently "cared for". Excellent food, service, portion sizes. Delicious high quality white meat chicken that tastes healthy not greasy. Will definitely be back!
