UFC Winter Springs is the best Gym that I have been a part of. Not only can you hit your target weight when you put in the work but Mike and the staff are very professional and push you to your limits. They actually care about your succes even if you’re just beginning or professional fighting. It was also the best experience with my nephew attending the children’s classes while I attended the adult classes. It was a great way to bond with a him and teach him discipline and self defense!
As someone who has never boxed before and went in just to learn more about everything, I have never felt more welcome in a gym filled with beginners and experts alike. Mike is truly one of the most friendly people I have ever met and very accommodating to everyone’s individual situation. Also the variety in classes and coaches guarantees anyone can find a class and time they like and can work with.
Hands down the best gym in the area! My son (7) and I are both members and we look forward to coming here every week. The youth boxing classes have taught my son confidence and discipline, and the instructors are patient and knowledgeable. I love taking the boxing classes and using the weight room. It's never crowded and always clean and the staff is super friendly. Mike, the owner, clearly cares about each person in his gym and I can't say enough how much we love this place!
UFC gym by far is the best gym I’ve walked into. It has an amazing weight area and TWO boxing rings. The most notable thing about this gym though, is the atmosphere. You walk in and you’re surrounded by a community of people dedicated to lifting you up and making you better. Can’t really beat that. There’s no other place I’d rather be.
An amazing, welcoming experience. As pretty much a beginner, I was immediately welcomed and felt like the coaches wanted to actually help. They have a wide variety of equipment and classes as well. Each coach has a different style but they all push to make each person a better athlete and fighter.
The UFC gym has everything you need to improve your health and fitness! Not only this, the coaches are knowledgeable and very involved with the workouts. The community within the gym makes you feel comfortable. This gym provides you the tools to chase your higher self! More than recommend!
I am so happy I brought my daughter to this gym. She has finally found her sport. Mike and the rest of the staff are amazing and the gym has a positive vibe. My girl is in middle school and has been training with Copper for the past 7 months. He is not only a great coach but an outstanding gentleman. We drive 50 minutes to get to the gym and it is worth it.
This is one of the best gyms that I’ve ever belonged too. Such a great environment and they offer a nice variety of classes with a great group of instructors. If you haven’t been I highly recommend. I was opened up to the world of boxing, and then mma/grappling, through this gym and it has truly helped shape my life. Mike, the owner of the gym, is a great guy, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable!

This is a nice place for mature adults (over 50).They are Mobile homes but they are great for two people. Nice amenities for residents. My father has lived here a while now and he enjoys it. Finally, the rent is very affordable.
Super short nature trail. Great for a short walk outdoors near the water. There's a log that you can cross over. Our dog loved swimming in the creek! There is a big gator that hangs out here sometimes, so watch out for him if you're near the water.
