I've been using UCS Services on behalf of My Mother for Approximately 5 years. Excellent customer service. My Mom's representative is FRAN. She's extremely knowledgeable, supportive. and patient. Any question or issue that I have, Fran makes sure I send her what I need to get the payment processed.

I only have good things to say about UCS. Great customer service. Well working website to submit claims etc... If a check gets lost in the mail just let them know, they will cancel lost check and reissue a new one. A good resource to use if questions arise. Not sure what else to say except highly recommend.

UCS Trust Services makes this so easy. We seamlessly transitioned our bill paying through them. Their customer service is top notch as well. Our representative Mark, will go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly, and is more than willing to help if something pops up.

The experience I had with UCS for the past few years has been smooth and easy which made everything else I was dealing with a whole lot easier. My dad was finally approved for much needed medicaid services and this branch of the field was much easier to work than I anticipated. All the help I received, the direction and guidance through the process of how things worked, was greatly appreciated. Fran was wonderful! Her prompt responses, constant help, efforts, and patience throughout the last few years was incredible. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was always quick to respond and easy to work with.
