Great experience at Uchi. It was our server who made the night. Efficient and great timing. Gave us enough space but was on the ball with everything. I ordered dairy-free/vegan and every food runner was great about saying what I could / couldn’t eat. Kudos to the kitchen for that! Great vibe and music and the food was delicious and tasty. Only downside was the price haha but we knew that going in. Sake selection was delicious and interesting.

Our visit to a Japanese fusion restaurant was an amazing experience, with each bite and every spoonful offering a delightful journey of flavors. The waiter provided excellent service, and the restaurant features beautifully designed spaces suitable for couples, groups, and families, although it may not be very kid-friendly. While the front desk attendant seemed a bit unpleasant, the service from the waiter colleagues more than compensated for it. We fell in love with the diverse array of dishes, allowing us to explore a variety of flavors, each one impressing with its great taste and impeccable presentation. The restaurant offers a perfect blend of culinary craftsmanship and inviting ambiance, making it a memorable destination for those seeking a fusion of Japanese flavors in an aesthetically pleasing setting. -Parking in the streets of Wynwood.

This place has a Japanese vegetarian tasting menu!!! We had to wait over 2 hours to get a table since we didn’t have a reservation. Regardless, it was such an amazing experience, I can only find the positives about my experience. The staff was very dedicated and experienced to all the dishes and drinks. The food was nothing like you would’ve ever had before and the pricing was amazing for a 6 course meal that could serve two partially hungry individuals. Overall I had an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommended to try this place out.

Since I am from NY and we are proudly famous for our sushi game, I have always looked down on sushi places in Miami. But I changed my mind after I experienced this place. The quality, creativity, and service are just a top notch. Each next dish was better than the previous one. Surprisingly, on top of everything, it didn't burn a hole in my wallet. The place is very popular due to all the above so reservation is recommended. Oh! And absolute must is their halibut, you thank me later. Also don't pass on fried milk.

Uchi always hits the spot! The quality is top tier every time, you’ll never leave here disappointed. Everything is delicious and they tell you exactly what each dish is! It truly is one of the best dining experiences in Miami. Make sure to ask for Seby aka Suzuki - his attentiveness and knowledge about all the food makes the experience even better!!!

This is my favorite sushi restaurant of all time, and top 3 favorite restaurants ever. Everyone working here is on top of their game and dedicated. Get the scallop nigiri. It’s the best. We’ve been here so many times we have the whole menu memorized. The staff is professional but treats you like family. The hot dishes are great, I love the karage. But we usually get sushi. The dessert is fantastic too, I can’t decide if the fried milk or the banana cake is my favorite. The cocktails are all fantastic and I’m super picky about drinks.
