I brought in my husband's Samsung Z Fold 4 phone because the screen was damaged due to a fall. Not only did John replace the inner screen but he also replaced the spine and the bezel that were both damaged during the fall. The phone looks brand new. It is gorgeous! Amazing service and super helpful people! My XBOX hard drive died and needed to get swapped out. They had one on site and it was twice as big as what I originally had. They completed the work really fast and everything works way better than before.
I had a problem with the usb port on my phone. When I took it to them, the guy gave it a quick scrub with alcohol and handed it back without any need for payment whatsoever. The phone can finally charge normally again. The store really just wants to help you out!
This location is great! I had an issue with my Motorola RAZR screen protector that was installed at the Montclair location. All of the other uBreakiFix locations were not only reluctant to do it but also pretty rude. Daniel from the beginning was courteous and helpful and they did the replacement no problem in under 30mins. I recommend this location 👌🏾
