Felipe has been great to us. We’ve been to this location twice in the past few weeks for separate issues on separate phones. The service was fairly priced and done very quickly. Great attention to the customer and awesome additional benefits were offered.

So it seems all great at first, while reading about their services online. All I am going to say is MAKE SURE you read EVERYTHING in the contract, even the fine print, and ask a lot of questions before signing anything or handing over your device. If I went into details, we'd be here all day, so make sure you check a number of resources before committing. Also: This review is not reflective of this location in particular. My opinion is about the company's policies and practices in general, from what I can tell based on the information on the website. This location is simply the closest to me, and therefore, the one that I visited and looked into at first.

Being in customer service for over 20 years you know when someone is passionate about their job, Felipe was so helpful and had so much patience for a non tech savvy person. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for great service. Make sure to ask for Felipe.

Colby and staff were amazing 👏🏻 I was so worried about leaving my phone but they put me at such ease! My phone was totally cracked and with black blotch from me dropping my phone. I called many places but I knew Altamonte ubreakifix location was the one! The process was so smooth and my phone screen repair was done same day in 2 1/2 hours! Unbelievable my phone looks brand new... The screen is pristine and looks better than I could of imagined! So grateful 🙏🏻 Thank you again will recommend to everyone!!!

Amazingly fast repairs for just about anything. Very very nice people as well. I had an S23 Ultra with a cracked screen and it was done in under 2 hours, simply amazing. Ask for Kay, she was so helpful and explained all options and helped with the right ones and discounts! Thank you, thank you!

My iPhone unfortunately got the yellow screen of death. It was either go to Apple and upgrade or pay full price for the replacement despite it being a known issue. That being said I came in this morning and was walked through the process. They were incredibly professional and patient with me as I asked my million questions. They were accommodating as well in regards to pick up times. All in all a fantastic experience
