Do not trust leaving your phone here if it is beyond repair! I left my phone here a few days ago due to water damage to see if any repairs could be done. None could be done, that’s okay. However, when I got my broken phone back my SIM card was missing! Completely unprofessional. The person I called claimed that they’d look for it and that it might have been misplaced. Misplaced? Seriously? Do better and take care of the property that’s left to you. I believe it was stolen; it’s way too convenient for it to simply go “missing” and for them not being able to find it AT ALL. My name was not asked for when I initially called as well. I did not get my SIM card back and who knows who has it now. If you do come here, ask for the name of the technician who will work on your device! You may regret it if not.

I didn’t know how to contact yall so yesterday I picked up my PlayStation and it’s still over heating after I left it to be fixed for a while

My Iphone was completely broken thought there couldn't be a fix but took it here and they did an AMAZING job!! phone looked like it was brand-new! already started telling my friends to come here ! highly recommend and customer service was fantastic as well!

Overall great experience, my daughters front screen was broken , and they have 3 ways to get it repaired. Go to local asurion retailer, mail or they send out remote technician to you. For the same price they were to come out to my home and complete repair. Great option.
