They called me right after I put my Pixel Preferred Care claim in to tell me they have the part. I told them when I would be there, they said, "Great! See ya then!" I get there, and the part isn't there! They said the tech must've forgotten to reserve it. Rearranged my day around this repair. I chose the in store option so I could have it done before a trip. That's all out the window now. What a waste of time!

Same experience as Keith Kurak except mine was a warranty fix I don't have preferred care. First I made an appointment, called and was told they didn't have my screen and would have to order it. So glad I called and saved myself the 1st wasted trip. Then a week or so later I was told the screen was in drove there and apparently they gave my screen away to someone else. Why they don't stock a few of these since this is clearly common is beyond me. A simple sticky note with a customer's name or ticket # and ordering a part when a customer places an appointment for screen replacement, not consultation, would have turned a 2-3 week 2-3 visit ordeal into a one and done. If my phone ever breaks to the point I can't use it I will call the other Asurions and not the Strongsville location since it sounds like other stores keep common screens such as Pixel 8 in stock. Just a strange experience with minimal communication to customers without calling or visiting the store which is not a short drive.

I was told that my free diagnostic would take 1-2 days at most. 8 days later, I still had not received an update. I drove to the store and was informed by an employee that they couldn't figure out what the issue was and I would be better off purchasing something new. He then proceeded to hand my device back and was not going to give me the original packaging that I had brought it in. I have no idea why he thought this would be acceptable. This process was frustrating and a waste of time. Each employee I dealt with was friendly, but I am very skeptical of how much work is being completed at this location.

I felt comfortable and reassured that my phone would be taken care of. My phone looked so good I didn't think it was mine. 😊

These guys are super fast and friendly. My pixel 6 pro's brighten screen was repaired in less than an hour. I'm definitely going to seek these guys out on any needs with future screens.

Took my phone in to get the screen fixed. Andrew was very professional, friendly and let me know what to expect. Phone was fixed in about an hour and works as if it was new. Very happy with the service and results.
