I filed a insurance claim through Verizon on my brand new phone that got a cracked screen after only having it a few months. They hired out uBreakiFix and scheduled them to come out to my house and repair my cracked screen for free! Cameron was my tech that came out and he was awesome. He was within the time frame and gave me a heads up when he was on his way. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and FAST. He was in and out and did an amazing job on my phone. We were skeptical at first about this place to fix my phone. We were greeted by Jackson W. at the South Jordan district location. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and let us know they would do their best to try and fix it. We left my phone and expected it to be several hours since they were busy, but within an hour, we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from Jackson saying my phone had been fixed and didn't need parts. He said it was just the battery that wasn't connecting well and fixed it for free. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to Jackson W. and his team there and their honesty. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone, and certainly, if we ever have to use them again, we will go back.
Jacob was super helpful and friendly! I have Verizon and the claim process was simple. They had all my info when I arrived and my screen was replaced within the hour. Everything worked great after the repair. Very professional.

I just took my iPhone 14 Pro Max having issues with the lightning charging port on my phone. I was fully prepared to have to have a repair made to the phone as I was pretty certain between me and the person at AT&T cleaning out and checking the port for any debris that it wasn’t that simple. But they spent 5 minutes cleaning with their instruments and air compressor. Fixing the issue completely. I appreciate their honesty and kindness. There was no charge, if I could have left a tip I would have!
