10/10 service! For a small place, they deliver on their work and are super professional. I brought the cracked phone in and waited for the repair for a few hours. While I was there, I watched a stream of customers come in one after the next, either picking up devices or dropping them off, and each one got either the service they needed, or professional and reasonable alternative solutions.

I've taken my phone here a couple years back to change the screen. Thank god my insurance came in because this establishment charges you way too much money. Recently I came in with a ps5 with a split HDMI port. I see people on YouTube complete this problem in 12 minutes while this store wants to take my PS5 overnight and charge you $199.99 dollars. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only tech fix store in White Plains.

Good evening about a month ago my screen cracked. I was told I had warranty but wasn’t told that if it was physical damage they wouldn’t cover it. My phone started glitching and every time I would text or tap my phone I would see a colorful rainbow. I paid $270 for nothing and now I would have to pay another $270 for a terrible job again. My phone is currently messed up and due to the discoloration and glitching I have been locked out of my phone for 7 hours due to it being disabled. I’m also unable to power off the phone being that it’s stuck and I can’t slide the power button over due to the phone constantly glitching

Worst service!!! They promised to repair my Samsung Galaxy cell phone screen in 24 hours. I overheard another customer complaining to the staff that he waited a week for his phone to be fixed and it wasn't fixed yet. I was hoping it won't happen to me. They told me to come and pick it up the next day which I did. They said not fixed yet. They said it takes time to fix. Next day, to avoid making another 1 hour trip, I tried calling to understand status. They won't pick up. Next day, they still won't pick up. 4th day, they picked up and said phone still unrepaired. Not enough staff. Again and again for 8 days this grueling, painful 'not yet fixed' status. On the 8th day, they picked up the phone and confirmed they are unable to fix it. I was getting concerned they would steal all the valuable info stored in my phone. It took them 8 painful days to tell me that the phone is broken and can't be fixed. I use my phone for business. Lost a lot of business due to no phone. Never go to this store!!!

Terrible experience and didn't even make it into the store. Last week My device screen and back glass had broken and I went through my warranty company asurion to have it repaired. It showed that this location was the nearest location with my parts in stock. I called this location as a backup because I work as an elevator mechanic and cannot just leave my route as I'm needed in case of emergency, when I reached someone i was told my parts were not in stock ( good thing I called). So to continue I was told they would order what I needed and they would try to overnight it but couldn't guarantee it. I understood and was told that it shouldn't take more then a few days I asked that we can keep in communication so that I can have this repair done as soon as possible. I called the next day and was told no parts which was no big deal. Called the following day and also no parts again no big deal. Keep in mind im pretty sure i had spoken to 3 different people at this point. I let the weekend pass and Call Monday so now Going on 5 days and at first no answer, I call back a few hours later a gentleman tells me they have the back glass but not the front. He says it could be because the front comes with a battery and takes longer to ship. He also said that i should try back later in the day because they receive a delivery at around 3. Understood and maintained my patience. No complaints. I should also note on that same phone call i let them know that I got an email saying that if I don't bring my device in by the 27th then my claim would be cancelled and I would have to start this whole process again. The man told me to call asurion and ask them to extend my claim. I was told by asurion that the claim should not cancel for another week and that even if it did ubreakifix should fulfill the repair and keep me informed . So as advised to I call the location back after 3 to see if I've had any luck on these parts and no answer. I try again a bit later and no answer again. No more than 5 minutes after my 2nd call I receive an email saying that my claim has been cancelled which was a day earlier than the email stated and a week earlier than asurion said it would. Who cancelled it I have no clue but it was done and asurion has informed me that they wouldn't be. I will say this is my first time ever posting a review about any company but this situation has me extremely frustrated. My final phone call the guy told me he didnt even see my information, i told him everything that has been Going on he says well we cant tell you when your stuff is coming in. So i asked if there was anyway he can find out how long its gonna take as i was told that they ordered these parts last week and his response was "no theres no way". The lack of effort to resolve my issue and help me after they made a mistake is why im writing this review.Throughout all these phone calls I never expressed any anger or impatience and all I expected was clear and accurate communication. I expressed to him that they really need to work on communication because for a week I have been told that I would be contacted and also to call in and nothing has changed. Two things I think this company may not understand. Number#1 I could have just submitted an at home repair if I thought I was gonna wait a week later to have the work done and had my phone fixed already. And Number#2 is that It is very important that I have a working phone for my line of work. Now that's not there problem because its my personal phone but it is there problem that the inventory information is inaccurate on asurions claim page. All in all it is what it is but something really didn't feel right about this and made me feel like I need to express it so hopefully this is not a recurring issue. If this is a company issue then I do not blame these workers for being put in a position where they can't provide a customer with accurate information for when their repairs can be done due to lack of shipping details and updates. But if this is simply a lack of effort by workers then there is not much left to say.

I have come to the store twice to try to drop my phone off. The first time they said they were understaffed and it would not be fine that day. They told me to go the following day which I did. The held the phone all day, and did not fix it. I went to pick it up at closing of business just to be told that they were understaffed again. The best part is that he told me that they try to call me. I was just wondering what did they do when they called and my phone started ringing in the back. Now that's two days wasted and I still don't have a fixed phone. If Tuesday they fix all this. I will come back and change my rating.

The store did not have the nessary replacement part. After waiting a few days for its arrival, the time taken to complete a basic screen replacement was 6 hrs. Asurion has previously stated it would a 1 hr process. The staff stated 2-4 hrs max. I didn't even get notified that my repair was complete. I even tried to call the store for 40 mins straight to Check on the status and no one answered the phone. Overall not a pleasant experience

DO NOT GO HERE! I was sent to this location by asurion to repair my broken iphone, although the website says walk ins welcome i made an appointment and got there 2 hour before closing and was told they couldn't look at it because they were short staffed and i should come back the next day on, I dealt with this for a total of 3 days in addition to the manager and employee being extremely dismissive and rude! the last straw was when i took of work to following day to get there when they open after going back and forth with them about not seeing my claim he then told me "I have to order the part so we can do it today". Ultimately, i had to ask Asurion to send me to another location in Stamford, it took 1hr to do what thy could int 3 days. Horrible Customer service, Incompetence, and no proper leadership for senior staff, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!
