They looked at my phone, tested and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts needed to be ordered but they temporarily fixed it so I wasn't out my phone while waited. They fixed my antenna on my Samsung phone all in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend this place for their customer service and the fact that they actually cared about helping me out and finding a solution to my phone issue.

Emilio and Austin are awesome! I had my iPhone screen repaired at the Thousand Oaks location. They provided me various options and explained pros and cons of each. When I had some issues with the initial screen I brought it back in and they identified the issue quickly. Replaced my screen at no cost. Cannot say enough about their service!

Excellent experience. The battery of my Pixel 7 Pro had swollen, causing the screen to separate from the phone. uBreakiFix, not only fixed the phone, they identified that the phone was still under warranty, so I paid nothing for the repair. Good as new!

Broke my phone on a trip. Made my insurance claim and was sent here. Was blown away by the excellent customer service. Even went over all my options should they not be able to restore my phone to optimal performance, and I mean optimal good as new, which is what I received. Will return even without and insurance claim. They are that good.

These guys are fantastic!! I had a cracked Screen on my iPhone and had my phone back in less than 2 hours and Austin is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back if I have another issue.
