I would give this business if you can call it a business a negative 10 if I could. They gave two people the wrong phones back. One left with the guys unsecured phone easy swipe into phone. The other guy figured it out when he left that his phone was wrong because the phone he got back had a lock on the screen. They both were able to leave the store. Mind you they arrived at the different times. They both signed for phones that didn't belong to them. This is just a public service notice announcement not to leave your phone in there procession without your supervision because you might not get it back. The manager was happy that the guy came back 24 minutes later. The police weren't even called. This violation of justice is terrible. Should the guy need a witness later I thought I would leave a comment. There is no telling what the guy did with his unlocked phone. I chose to leave because I can't trust them at all after that. Interesting side note after telling Samsung customer support there tech guy said I should go back. He must be out of his mind or Samsung really doesn't respect our privacy at all.

This place was amazing. Everyone I interacted with were friendly, helpful and professional. They were upfront with pricing (which was much less than expected). And they fixed my computer in 1 day, which was great as I do work on it every day. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you to others.

Careful going here. Over 2.5 hours to do a software update and they claim insurance won’t cover it and charge you $50. I had this done at a different location which only took 60 seconds and the cost was $0. I called Verizon and reported them. They are terrible!

Was directed to take my phone to uBreakiFix through AT&T after my screen cracked and I was unable to use the touchscreen. It was fixed in an hour and was like it never even happened! Wonderful service and expert technicians! Highly recommend!!

Set up a repair appointment on the Samsung's website for an outer screen on a z-fold 4. Called two times in the previous day to the appointment to confirm they have the part in hand, both times told me they did, so I made the 70 mi drive to have them tell me they don't have the part. They also claim that the claim that was put in on Samsung site says inner screen even though Samsung does not allow you to specify inner or outer screen except in comments. Precisely the reason why I called twice before making the drive. It's astounding that incompetent companies like this are capable of maintaining million dollar contracts with Samsung.

I always professional. Does a good job of repairing screens. Last time I smashed my screen, they did not have the screen and could not get it, for a Samsung Note 20 ultra. I don't think it's their fault necessarily but I had to go somewhere else to get a screen for my phone the last time. They always are willing to check your phone and do a diagnostic and see what's going on check the battery Etc and when I got a screen, they replaced the battery as well so I appreciate that.
