I've had an outstanding experience with this shop on two separate occasions when I needed to have my phone screen repaired. Initially, I accidentally broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra and had to visit this shop to get it fixed. Fortunately, I had insurance to cover the repair costs. Subsequently, I upgraded to the S24 Ultra, but just a few days ago, I dropped it face down, and unfortunately, I didn't have insurance for this newer model. Despite this setback, my experience with this shop has been exceptionally satisfying. Even though the S24 is a newer and more expensive model, the cost of the screen replacement at this shop was worth it. I was pleasantly surprised when this shop quoted me under $400, unlike other repair places charging over $400 for the same service. I am truly grateful for this shop and recommend it to anyone needing phone repairs. A massive shout-out to Brandon, who assisted me both times and to Nicholas and Aaron for their excellent work!
Nuria was very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend going to her and her coworkers for a quote. The individual that made my screen repair was Jaylin, he did an outstanding repair in half the time Verizon told me they would take. If you have any tech issues, take advantage and go see them, they will work with you and give you a good deal.

Bret was astounding in his helpfulness and technical knowledge. For the full hour I was there he helped 6 customers with efficiency and clarity even a layman could understand. He is a credit to his store and is the reason I will be coming back if any of my other electronics has a mishap.
