Cracked my samsung S21 ultra screen really badly and it had some major defects due to the impact. Came in today and showed Ray the problem, and after 2 hours he and his team not only fixed the screen, they also replaced the housing aswell as the battery. The phones basically brand new and I would trust them with my device anytime.

I’d like to commend Frank for his quick and efficient help. I walked in at 10am for a laptop battery replacement and was able to pick up my computer just a few hours later. He was transparent and communicative throughout the process.

I believe in giving HONEST reviews. The customer service here is pretty good. All of the guys are professional. However, for MY EXPERIENCE do not bring your apple products to this store. I bought in my Mac after the screen cracked. They replaced it. Got it back. Come back to pick it up, didn't notice it til I got home, but the touchbar is no longer lit up. That's how I navigate on the computer. So, I called them - told them - they said bring it in and they'll take a look. After waiting for 30 minutes, they come back and tell me they can't fix it. Now MIND YOU, when I came in - they tell me, the tech said, "it wasn't working to begin with." I told them, "don't try to pull that stunt with me." Even though the screen was cracked the touch bar wad still LIT UP when I brought it in. So, now I'm out $350 + dollars with a MacBook pro that doesn't function properly. Nice job 👏🏾 🤦🏾

This location has excellent service all around. I stopped in to see if a broken lightening cable connector could be removed from the charging port of my tablet. I was waited on by Mark, who was friendly, understood exactly what needed to be done, and had me back up and running in less than a minute. He removed the broken end of the cable with ease, and I am happy to recommend this location for all Forest Hills residents in need of a fix for their device.

I have been coming for my repairs for a a long time now and Ive had excellent service every time. Frank fixed my device this morning promptly. Ray gives a friendly reception when you walk in and Jorge is a professional for sure and takes his work seriously. I will continue to come here for future repairs as well suggest to friends and family this location for their issues as well.

If I could score them less than 1 star I would. I brought my Pixel 7a for repair following an unexpected power loss and being unable to turn it back on. The staff member was polite, informed me that a 30 dollar diagnostic fee would be charged regardless of ability to pay. I understood and paid. The assured me that the technician would contact me in a couple of hours to inform me of the problem and provide estimates, etc. Later in the same evening, realizing that I had not received a call (I brought phone in at 10am - when they opened) - to be told by the staff member that the phone could not be repaired and was unable to tell me why. I returned the following day and picked up my phone and pressed the new staff member at the counter as to what they found. I was informed the following "complete system failure - water damage - swollen battery - logic board damaged beyond repair" - I'm looking at my phone and I see no obvious deformity - I never placed the phone by water or immersed it so not sure where that came from - and also, the phone had a similar event but was able to be powered on the night before I came to ubreakifix. Reviewing the phone on my own and confirming that the battery was definitely NOT SWOLLEN and again I know that I did not expose this phone to water. So in short, unless you have need of a replacement battery, cracked screen, or possibly just exchanging your INSURED phone for a replacement - I suspect that there are no real credible technicians who can identify a soldering iron from a plastic tooth flosser. Bunch of losers, took my money and gave me a bogus diagnosis.

The techs were great. They helped me with my husband's phone, which was having battery issues. The problem phone was fixed before the estimated time. I am happy that they techs were able to identify and resolve the problem for us.
