My Mac air lob top that I use for traveling, stop charging, I needed original battery from apple to be safe overseas and in plane ( cheap battery ) will be Dangerous in planes or trains traveling overseas, my warranty offered Authorized dealer to do the fix, you break it I fix it was near to my house, Cole was very professional and honest to explain to me , The original apple battery is very short inventory will be taking 3 month or more , but they a great brand available in a week- 10 days , with warranty and have great customer reviews. I ordered it and paid it , it is coming tomorrow, my insurance will payback for it, I recommend this store as my personal experience 💯 % Based on the Cole ( Agent customer service) was a wonderful person, with good knowledge helping me to traveling on time with my lop top function again. She got into her vehicle her a little workshop in the back of her van fix my phone no hassles she’s extremely nice and overallexperience was probably The best experience I’ve had with a company in a very long time if I could give your 10 stars I would.
Cole and the gang were great! Very friendly and efficient. I needed to transfer data from my old phone that has been run over by several cars. They took my old phone got everything ready and I stopped by for the transfer. I was able to wait while the transfer occurred and take the new phone and all of my data home. I HIGHLY recommend this location
The customer service was amazing. Cole was very polite, professional and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and made it easy to understand which I particularly appreciated because I am not techy AT ALL!
Good Customer Service. The only thing I wish they could have done was told me that they only place their order for cell phone screens is on Mondays. I came in on a Tuesday and had to wait 1 full week before the order was placed fir my screen.
Friendly and fast service over phone and in store. Had battery in cell phone replaced and is OEM Apple battery with one year warranty. I will use these guys from now on instead of Batteries Plus Store which only had six months ago warranty and their battery didn’t even last one year. Happy Customer!!!!!!! Thanks.
