Fixed my phone quickly, and their guarantee actually means something. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again if I have any issues. I worked with Scott, who was both knowledgeable and personable. After getting the battery changed, the LCD mysteriously stopped working after only a few hours. Jordan had the LCD changed for me under the warranty. Outstanding service.

I had an issue with a Samsung phone that I bought less than a month ago because Samsung Care required me to get the phone inspected before proceeding with warranty, but the person who helped me just took a look at the outside of my phone, and said he can't process it because he thought the phone had damages. This was pretty ridiculous because the "damage" he was talking about were a couple chips in the corner of the phone (picture included). I just took the same phone to a uBreakiFix Tukwila location, and they ran diagnostics on in 2 min, told me it was an issue with the motherboard, and helped me with the next part of getting the phone replacement. Stark difference in how helpful the two stores were.

I've been to these guys for three laptop issues and every time I've been impressed. They never condescend and they have been patient with every question I ask, no matter how silly. (Last time it was "so can you perform the equivalent of a brain transplant on these laptops?" The answer was no, but they still took the time to explain why that wasn't an option, without making me feel foolish.) They're great at presenting each possible solution with total honesty about relative costs and convenience, even when that means they're not going to make a sale. Strongly recommended!!

I was biking nearby and my phone battery died, I came in the store and wanted to buy a battery bank, I was very lucky to find this store! I came in and assumed that someone would help me charge my phone because it was an emergency. The employee was mean, he didn’t let me charge my phone. He told me to wait until he was free. Even the cables all around the table weren’t available. I had to go a restaurant and they were more helpful in letting me charge my phone. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but I was so disappointed by this. I hope the attitude improves.

I see these types of stores and I’ll admit I’ve expected some sort of overselling scam. I stopped in to buy a charging cord out of convenience and asked the guy about a couple issues my phone has been giving me. He did a few quick cleanups free of charge that kept me from needing $200 repair. I totally respect a shop like this and will recommend them to all. Great example on how good customer service is what drives success.

Eric and Jordan were amazing and helped me same day, took about an hour to replace my screen and they even put in a new battery! Super awesome guys! I was so upset my screen broke today and now it's like a new phone! So happy! Even got an awesome screen protector! Great little store, easy to get to. Will definitely be taking an old phone I have to get the data off of it, very excited to find a trustworthy place to do this for me, been saving the old phone for years with this hope. Highly recommend!

I'd like to start this off by saying I'm a construction worker who has horrible luck with keeping my phones in good shape. I was referred here by the T-Mobile store because my phone simply has not charged well for 3 days. I went in was promptly greeted by Jordan who listened to what I had to say took my phone in the back and it's charging like new again. I will return for further issues and repairs for both my and my girlfriends phones.

I was worried about damaging my phone trying to clean/fix the charger port myself and wanted an expert to help make sure nothing was damaged. With an easily made appointment and a friendly call confirmation, Eric helped me clean the port and make sure it was in all good working order. Fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for my electronic needs!
