I called to have my IPhone battery replaced. It was easy to get an appointment but I think you can walk in as well. Great service. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave great, timely service. Reasonably priced too. I highly recommend.

I would give this place 5,000 stars if I could! I was in a tough spot with my phone screen burning due to being too hot (just learned through this experience that this is a thing?!) the day before leaving town, but I was provided with extremely prompt service. Traveling without a phone would be very tough for a variety of reasons. I was assisted with filing a warranty claim for my Pixel 8 Pro, since it was impossible to pull anything up with a burnt screen. I was given 2 hours to fix it, and I called back realizing I gave MY phone number when my phone was left there. I realized he might want to call to update, so why would he want my number and not a number to reach me on (haha, my bad). But then when I called to provide my friend's number to contact me for updates, it was already fixed! TLDR - this place is THE BEST, I cannot remember the last time I had such amazing customer service and consideration, professionalism, and really just a will-do-anything-to-help type vibe from anywhere! 10,000/10!! Great experience for fixing my cracked screen on my android phone. Rodney did a great job. Nothing like having your phone back after 2 days...what did we all do years ago?.Lol

They were so super helpful over the phone and when I was hesitant to apply the fix I brought it in and they did it without charge and so quickly! So friendly and helpful that I recommended to my neighbor and husband!

I wish I could post a photo, but my husband took our Apple MacBook to ubreakifix for a battery replacement for $200. The battery didn’t even last a year. Now, the battery has exploded, and we’re taking it to Apple to remove. UbreakIfix wants $40 just to open it because we’re past warranty. The bottom panel is no longer attached to the laptop because of how much the battery has exploded/expanded.

Perfect customer service. Although David was very busy, he agreed to have me drop off the laptop, because I use it every day for work. He fit it into his busy schedule, and I was able to come back for it a couple hours later.
