Great experience! Clean, nice, modern shop and they quickly found my claim and fixed my device. Saleen has fantastic customer service skills and I was really impressed with how she courteously handled each customer’s needs and explained and assisted when needed.
Augustin gave top notch customer service, he answered all my questions and he got my Note 20 Ulta looking brand new again. I highly recommend him. I suggest you not give him a hard time because some days he's working by himself so it might take him a bit longer to fix your phone but he will get you right. 5 stars for him!
I went to a cell phone repair shop because my iPhone wouldn’t charge and they told me it would cost $85 to replace charging port. I left and passed a Ubreakifix and stopped in to get a 2nd opinion. David the owner took a look at my phone and told me I only needed go clean it. It was significantly less and was out in 5 mins with a working phone. Thank you David and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends!

The experience started off rough, I was told they didn't have time to take my phone the day of my appointment, but I'd have a screen "reserved" under my name (even confirmed a few times as I wouldn't be able to make it back for a few days). Only to be called two days later and told they were out of screens and no reservation was under my name. Some digging was done and another screen was found, however during the repair that screen was defective! So I had to leave my phone at the shop another 2 days! I will say i feel the team went above and beyond to make the situation right, which is why I gave 5 stars and will be back if I ever need any other repairs.
They were extremely helpful with an easy fix to my phone & helped resolve another unrelated issue that I brought to their attention
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My warranty repair was done in 4 hours while I ran errands in the area. Definitely a positive experience!
Trustworthy receptionist who diagnosed the problem correctly. I thought it was going to be a port change, but she said that the port just needs a cleaning. It took a while, but it was probably because the amount of dust jammed in the port, along with the technician being meticulous. Thank you again for the service, and I know I’ll be back if I have the same problem.
