Fast, friendly, no-fuss repair! I use my laptop for remote work and I was hesitate to be without it even though it refused to hold a charge and desperately needed a new battery. Brandon was very kind and checked that I had the appropriate battery (which I’d originally bought to put in myself), and even switched out the battery in less than 45min. Thankfully, now I can finally (haven’t been able to for almost a year) use my laptop without consistently being connected to the charger. Immensely grateful that I called here instead fighting for a Geek squad appointment that just would not have gotten me in fast enough, and I will definitely use them for future repairs!

This place was the only one in the area that had the screen I needed for my daughter’s phone. Four other spots were out of stock and closed @ 6pm. Since they were open until 7pm, I was able to ge the phone screen replaced fast and it was a great price. The guys were friendly and were very knowledgeable.

Fast, friendly, good work. Fixed our Nintendo Switch Lite USB card reader same day! They have a great repair home plan program that i am going to talk my wife in to letting me get... the cost per month is less than all the controllers and parts we buy and it does a whole lot more apparently. Brandon went above and beyond completing the repair. Went in for a screen replacement, but this phone requires a new frame with the new screen. The locking mechanism on the motherboard's battery connection was broken, so the battery couldn't be reconnected in the new or old frame rendering the phone nonfunctional. Brandon overnighted the necessary parts and successfully repaired the board and completed the screen replacement. My wife works in the ER, is routinely on call, and needed her phone back ASAP; Brandon made it happen.

Dropped my pixel seven and went in to get it fixed. Took about an hour and a half. My tech was Brandon. He was very informative and a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I came here. My phone was acting weird, and from one glance they pointed out that the battery was dangerously bloated. They replaced with OEM battery and in 1.5hr my phone was as good as new. Reasonably priced. Straightforward and trustworthy repair. Thanks so much! (The website states they're closed all weekend, but they were open on Saturday.)
