Fantastic customer service. Everyone inside was kind, curteous and patiently answered any question I had. Asher was the primary one helping me and was absolutely lovely and helpful. The repair took two hours as advertised and my phone looks brand new, the repair even fixed the dead pixels I got as a result of dropping my phone. I don't give reviews often but had to for this place for how well they repaired my phone.

My boyfriend came in for a screen replacement, the lady knew we were short on time as he had to pick up his sister from the airport in 3 hours so she assured us it would be ready in 2 hours. Once we got there she added on another 30 minutes, total was $350. Hours later the screen became neon and waves appear on the screen when you tap it. My boyfriend had to take it to another ubreakifix in fort walton beach. The guy at the ubreakifix location in fort walton beach thinks that this location used FAKE PARTS and did something fishy with it, especially considering a random discount was given. DO NOT GO HERE. SCAM.

Chris was wonderful, as was the work of the tech. My phone looks brand new & now I don't have to buy a new one. Dont walk in and expect to be in & out in 2 hours. That's not how it works. Make an appointment & be patient because when the service is this good, its worth the wait. Very happy!

The customer service was great. The lady at the front desk is really nice she answered my questions that needed to be answered. The guy that worked on my Google Pixel 6a phone device did an absolutely amazing job his name is Christopher M. When I received my phone back there weren't any problems at all. Thanks so much guys I will come back in the future when I have problems I would highly recommend this place to family & friends they know what they are doing :)

Took my flip 5 in for a new screen. Dropped it off early in morning when they opened up. I picked it up at 4:00 and drove home. Everything looked good until I tried to make a phone call and only thing worked was the speaker phone. I couldn’t hear on the ear piece. I called the store and they told me just drive 30 min back to the store the next day and they will fix it again. I told them I am going to be in Mexico for the next week and a half. The guy told me don’t worry about it and bring it back in after my vacation. Are you serious??? While on vacation my phone started having more issues and I needed it for my itinerary, communication with transport, resorts and children back at home. I had no choice but to trade it in and buy a new phone and swap my sim. I called when I got back since I paid $411 cash and they said they couldn’t refund any of it since I don’t have the old phone anymore. Glad I paid for subpar service full price and they don’t accommodate their customers for their screw ups. Rip off central when I could have went elsewhere and got it don way cheaper. Don’t ever go here.

I recently dropped off my MacBook Air for repair at this store. While the repair work was done well, the payment process was highly problematic. Upon payment, I was informed that my original form of payment, my card, was declined. I provided another card, which was accepted. However, a day later, I discovered that both cards had been charged. When I contacted the store to address this issue, I was assured it would be resolved within 24 hours. However, after 24 hours had passed, I was told that the manager was on vacation and that they were unsure how long it would take to resolve the issue. This is highly concerning and feels like an act of fraud. I am curious if I am the only customer who has experienced this. I offered to bring my proof of double charges to the store, but was told it wasn't necessary. Even if this was an honest mistake, the management’s handling of the situation has been inadequate. The charge in question was nearly $300, meaning I am now out $600 instead of $300. This situation could be even more distressing for someone struggling financially. The lack of urgency and concern from the store is very disappointing. I cannot recommend this store due to their poor handling of a serious error and their ineffective customer service. I suggest finding an alternative repair service to avoid similar issues.

My Google pixel phone was fixed with a new screen a couple months ago and all of a sudden a bright line appeared across the screen. Took it back and it was fixed for free under the 1-year warranty. Very professional work. My phone is excellent now

Amazing store, the employees were really great and very sweet. I tell everyone, if their electronics break to just go to them, especially if you have insurance on you’re phone, they’re the only place around you can take it to instead of having to mail it off.
