Please do not go here to get your phone fixed. Although they had nice employees, the fix lasted less than a couple months. My phone got overheated and the back of my phone completely cracked again worse than the first time after paying over $200 to get it fixed.

I usually never post on yelp, as it always seemed to be a very passive-aggressive way at getting back at some company that supposedly wronged you. I don't let things bother me this much, but this time is the one exception. I was spending time with someone when their dog bit my phone screen and cracked it causing damage to the screen which later progressed to problems with my phone bringing up apps and other things at random. I didn't think much of it as I had previously used a similar company to fix my phone screen before with relatively quick service. Again, this was not the case here. I waited nearly 3 weeks for my phone repairs to get done (apparently there was another problem with some internal component of my phone so that set me back yet another week), only to find out that all my data had been wiped (Thanks Joshua!) The associate at first, claimed that he didn't know how this happened and suggested that the glitch previously mentioned was the culprit. This would have possibly been the case if I didn't lock my phone screen previously -- and even if it had gone into the reboot screen, where by chance glitched out and selected "Wipe Data" and then input the correct numbers in to do just that. Seems very unlikely. When I asked Josh about that again, he did say that he had to mess with the motherboard on my phone and suggested that that was why he had to wipe the data off my phone. I would have been significantly less upset if the associate had been honest from the very beginning. Along with the problem of possibly losing all my contacts of friends I've made in the past several years and pictures of my family that I may never get back, additional problems were found with my phone as well -- albeit very minor in comparison. There was a problem with my phone not getting out of the reboot menu, a problem with my volume either turning all the way off and only being able to turn my volume up and an additional problem where if I touched the bottom of my screen the phone would register a touch in the center of the phone. So, I turned my phone in with 2 problems and ultimately walked out with 4 problems! This is by far the worst phone repair company I have ever been to. If you're still reading this; you have plenty of options to choose from in the area and this one should NOT be your first, second, or third. I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. Between the lying employees and horrible service, this company should not exist the way it is. The one thing this place did correctly was give me a refund, which seems to be recurring. I would be embarrassed to own this location or even be a part of management there.

I have a brand new phone with this companys protection service. recently my phone ringer quite working and I was told by the people at Verizon to take it into this shop for replacement/repair. the manager at this location told me they weren't going to fix it and I would need to take it to another shop at ward parkway(30 min one way drive for me). I asked about just getting a replacement and he told me that he couldn't do that because it's under the samsung warranty and I didn't qualify under there warranty for a new phone and for me to take it to ward parkway for service. the guy a Ted like he just didn't care.(low quality customer service for sure). if your thinking about getting insurance on your phone and need a service, make sure not to use these people for you repair/service company. it's a waste of hard earned money for the insurance and you get nothing for it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for the excellent service. They assisted in submitting a claim for a screen replacement under the Samsung warranty. The claim was approved, and the repair was completed in less than four hours. Very honest and friendly staff. Thank you.

Very nice, helpful, and patient employees. Took my phone, was done within 2-3 hours, give or take. Screen replacement. I dare say my phone responds better than before. I had gotten it replaced already cause of a messed up screen and motherboard. The replacement was a refurbished device.

Quick, efficient, and affordable. I went in with a broken screen and an exposed Face ID lense. It was repaired with in one hour! My Tech, Trent, was polite, kind, and happy which made the experience all the better.

Thank you so much guys! Trent was extremely helpful and very consistent with his communication with me. I brought my Ps5 in for hdmi port damage which I thought it was. It was another issue and had to be shipped to their main location for repairs. It took less than 4 days to ship there and back. My ps5 works like it is brand new and saved me $200 and weeks without my console if I had to ship to Sony. I definitely recommend this location. I have seen the bad reviews and feel bad for people who had those bad experiences. However it wasn't the case for me and I am extremely happy right now.
