Zack was extremely helpful and a talented multitasker! He even called the insurance claim department to help get a minor issue resolved, and he was also helping multiple customers at the same time. Very diligent and punctual timing on how long it would take to fix my phone and amazing quality on the repair. Well done! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Came in thinking I would have to get my charging port fixed (possibly have to buy a new phone as well) after my phone wouldn’t charge for about 2 weeks. Luckily, they took my phone and cleaned out the port saying I just had a dust clump. It took no longer than 30 seconds and all they asked for was a review!!! Outstanding customer service. Wife had a cracked screen - we filed the claim through Asurion and chose this location for the repair. I called to see when they could do the work and a kind young lady walked us through the process and told us to come in that day. When we got there several other customers were waiting including an impatient one - the young man at the desk remained calm and helped everyone fairly and quickly. They were done with the work in less time than quoted and I am satisfied with the final result. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this location for screen repairs. Darsh, who was working the front desk, was so kind and helpful and was able to squeeze my repair in at the end of the day. They had me in and out within an hour, and my screen looks great.

Came in to get info on my Mac book cracked bottom screen, and to ask about the charge to get a broken piece from a charger out my daughter's iPad. They gave me the price on the MacBook and used a tool and got the metal pieces out the iPad, free of charge. Fast and easy service. Right near the target. Go to them they are super helpful.

I placed a claim with Asurion for my cell phone because I cracked the screen when I dropped it. Making the appointment is extremely easy via the link sent by VZW. The tech was able to come to my residence to repair my phone which is so convenient. The technician Jerome was super nice. He arrive to my home with identification plus an asurion work truck. He returned my phone in approximately 20 minutes with a brand new screen. My phone looked practically brand new. Amazing and super fast work.
