Shawn was very nice and had very respectable knowledge about the process. My experience was great as the prepair for my phon was just a few hours to wait. Im using the phone they fix for this review as well. Please give him some appreciation for his service as he also applied a screen protector for me as well.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! All the technicians I dealt with were incredibly professional & helpful, but Delroy, DELROY was certainly memorable! He listened, CARED, and got me in & out with the least fuss I've had in the 30+ days since my ordeal began! I cannot recommend this location any more!!
I went to this location on July 1st to have my screen protector replace which has been a known issue with the Flip 3z. Picked up my phone the same day and assumed everything was fine. The next morning, I noticed an issue with the protector where the phone folds. I immediately called and spoke to the tech Shawn to report the issue. He said to bring it in and he will put on a new protector. I brought my phone back on July 3rd and was informed by Shawn a new protector will not fix the issue, I will need a new inner screen that cost $450. What!!!!!!!!!!!! How in the hell I need a new screen within less than 24 hours of picking up my phone???? If my phone had an issue when I dropped it off, why wasn't I contacted; I surely didn't do anything to my phone and NO ONE can answer my question!!!!! I am currently working with corporate who has been helpful. Today, I went to the Hiram location for them to put on new protector. When I picked it up, the new owner mentioned my hinge is getting loose. SMH!!!! The customer service has been a disgrace and NO one is taking accountability. They are CROOKS and LIARS. We will see how the new protector works and if it doesn't, UBREAKIFIX will be repairing my screen.
I took my IPhone 12 Pro Max here to try and get my wifi/data repaired after they both stopped working as well as Bluetooth. After talking with the guy there and paying the $40 diagnostic fee I was told the part for my phone would be ordered and would arrive in a few days. A few days pass, and I go to drop my phone off. The SAME guy that took care of me when I paid initially was the guy that took care of me this time as well. So I arrive and tell him everything and after review he told me I didn’t pay $40 I paid $0, and that my part was not ordered.
At this point I was frustrated, so I went home and got my receipt from the first time, and also took a picture of where it took the $40 out of my bank account. I brought these up there the next day and talked with a different guy who was just as confused as me as to why my part was not ordered and why there was confusion when I had only dealt with the one guy. Well anyways he ordered the part for me and it came in and the same guy from initially was the one that took my phone apart to do the wifi part.
I retrieved my phone after a few days, and he told me it did not work, and that my best course of action would be to get a new phone, and now the phones front facing camera does NOT work and theres a rattle as if something was not secured inside the phone. I would give this place 0 stars if I could just because it has been nothing but issues since the beginning, and now the fact that my phone is worse off than before I brought it to this place is absolutely insane.
My daughter cracked her screen on her iPhone and we only payed a lil bit to get the phone fixed. They have great customer service and great techs at the Douglasville location. Thank you all for getting my daughter's phone repaired in a timely manner and it was affordable
Brought my PlayStation 5 in for repair. Apparently the power supply went bad and had to be replaced. Only took them about 2 days to fix. My only complaint is that their website clearly advertises free diagnostics, but when I came into the store I was informed diagnostic was $65.
Service was amazing! Came in and the guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful. Diagnosed my phone immediately and I was out of there in less then 30 minutes. Definitely will be going back prices were great and customer service was even better.
Heavy experience with you. Break it and it was wonderful. Am I reading for them from the scales to 1 to 10 10 10 being the best, I give them 11.
