This place is great!!! I went to a different company today for a cracked phone and they did not fix it and broke the hardware so a solid white stripe was down my screen every time I used my phone. They told me I would need a new phone. I brought it here and it was perfectly fixed in an hour and for 45 dollars cheaper!! Life savers!!

I'd rather lose my wallet than my cell phone. These days, maybe you feel the same way. When, despite my best efforts, I did something ruinous to the screen of my phone - my near-constant device companion - I had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach as pixels died and then spread like cancer. "What did you DO?!" I asked myself, fearing that I was in for a long road of resetting my phone, wrangling with customer service, or being out of pocket for repairs that may or may not even be possible. Thankfully, I had paid for Samsung care coverage, and they offered to refer me to a repair shop locally for a quick repair. WHAT?! I was so confused, because I was sure that nobody could repair such a complex device except Samsung themselves, and certainly no one in town, right? And that's how I found myself inside of this UBreakIFix establishment on Manchester, for the first time ever in my life. As far as I'm concerned.....they're a bunch of MIRACLE workers! Julie - store manager and aforementioned miracle worker herself - had the ability to replace the entire inside folding screen and complex apparatus of a Samsung Fold 5....in mere HOURS! When she said, "No problem, we can have this done before the end of the day today, come back at 5:00 and it'll be essentially a new-screened phone but still your original device".....I nearly fainted from shock. HOW?! But she and her staff made it happen, and now I'm typing this review on the very phone that I'd despaired over, mere hours before! It's truly my phone, but better than new, and given a new lease on life! No factory reset needed, no data to transfer, they just somehow accomplished it. As I waited for a few minutes in the lobby, I heard them handling other customers with a wide variety of problems - some major, some minor, but each one urgent and important to that individual customer. They addressed each with a can-do spirit, a remarkable bedside manner, and uncommon patience. Bravo to you, Julie and the UBreakIFix team. I broke (and despaired)....but you fixed, and I'm now a raving fan of your establishment, as you can tell from this novel. Well done! Well done!!

I recently visited You Break, I Fix with my dad to get his iPhone screen replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly atmosphere. Despite being extremely busy, the place felt calm and uplifting. The two people working there were under a lot of pressure, but you wouldn’t know it from how incredibly nice they were. They managed to fix the screen in less than an hour, which was amazing! This was brilliant. What service! Dude was super cool, didn't take hardly any time. I legit could not have asked for more convenience and ease. Having them come right to your door is a brilliant idea. This was the first time I've been offered that service (I only recently moved within range) and could not believe how quick and easy it was. My screen was only broken a total of like 6 hours!

I called to get a quote for replacing the hdmi port on Xbox Series X. I was told it was $129.99 and came with a 1 year warranty. I went into the store the next day and waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it was $199.99 with no warranty. When I told the lady what I was told she said no one would’ve given me that quote. When I assured her that was what I was told she replied, “if I went by the price everyone told me they were told, we’d be bankrupt”, which sounded a lot like she was implying I was lying. I drove clear out of my way and waited in line for 30 minutes for absolutely nothing and to pretty much be told I was a liar. Such BS! I will never go here again!
