I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with UBreakiFix's customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. I truly believe writing bad reviews is cowardly and could be a harmful thing. Sometimes people have bad days or have bad moments. I even waited a few days to reflect if maybe I had misread my experience. Sadly, I could not find a single reason for how I was treated. I have insurance on my phone via AT&T, insurance I have never needed to use but kept it on all the devices used by my family. Recently, I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen went black. AT&T instructed me to visit UBreakiFix to have it repaired. Because of the level of insurance, there was to be zero out-of-pocket cost to me. When I arrived at the store, the employee looked up my service ticket, asked for my phone, and after 10 seconds told me I needed to update my repair claim to also have the back of the phone replaced. I explained I was about 30 minutes from home and my phone was unable to be used, so could I use the guest's WIFI or call from the store to update the claim. Sadly, there was no way to update the claim from the store, which I guess wasn't his fault, but I was just disappointed with his tone, he never even looked up to me while talking to me and basically showed he had no care in the world. Next, I told him I would figure something out, maybe go to a McDonalds nearby to jump on their guest WIFI, and this is where things got odd. After I came up with a plan to update my claim, he finally looked at the phone for more than 10 seconds, this time he said the frame was bent and the whole phone would need to be replaced. He also added that this type of repair wasn't covered by my insurance plan and I would need to pay out of pocket. Without any emotion or venom, I disagreed with him and added the phone still worked even though the screen was black. I tried to explain the phone fell less than a few inches to the ground and the impact was very minor, just a direct shot to the screen. Well the fact I didn't agree must have upset the employee, because he started to tell me 100 reasons why I was wrong, and reminded me "I was the one who broke the phone, he was just doing his job". When I felt he was being rude and asked for a card and his name, he gave me a card with no name, when I asked for his name the second time, he said "I'm Rob, the store manager". I was bothered at this time, so I left the store, but Rob followed me to the parking lot and once again told me "I was the one that broke the phone". When I said he had bad customer service skills by the way he was acting and not bothering to make eye contact, Rob told me "I don't need to look at you", and once again reminded me I broke the phone. Simply Wow... This was the worst customer service I have ever come across. Because I need my phone for work the next day and wanted zero smoke with Rob, I had to by another phone that day. I plan to get my old phone repaired but never will I visit this store. I also plan to make sure my employees, family, friends, and anyone that will hear me stay away from this location, if this is the service provided. I have uploaded photos of my broken phone that has a "bent" frame... If the Pixel didn't have a bump-out for the camera this phone would be 100% level. Finally, I hate writing things like this and the fact a mobile phone is so important, but I was treated poorly, this interaction cost me extra money, and I was in a bad spot without my device. Never should anyone need to deal with this treatment.

Horrible experience. Dropped off my laptop beginning of August. Was told a few days to diagnose and would have back in a week tops. Almost three weeks later I call and am told it will be done in a day or two because parts finally arrived. Called back few days later since I didn't hear from them, and was told the parts still haven't arrived. Then was told some BS story about how the old store manager just left and didnt train anyone. The new store manager assured me my laptop would be done within the week. Week later I get a call my laptop is done. I go to pick it up the screen is fixed but the "new hinges" I paid for and the "new cover" doesn't fit and operate as it should. Told by the guy at the counter, you just have to be careful and handle with care, we cant do anything about that. Seriously! And as I walk out the stripped screw on the new cover fell out. I refused to go back in so I guess I will now have to find another service place to take it to to get it fixed the right way. Over $200 later and my laptop it still not right. Don't take anything to this store. I hope the national chain reads this comment and does a visit to this location. It is an absolute mess. And the last part, I was offered a $10 coupon for all the hassle! Don't go to this establishment!

No one wants to have to go here, but when you do they are friendly and understanding. Your expectations should be tempered because not everything can be fixed, they have no magic powers. Overall I hope to never have to return, but if the universe sends me bad luck with a device I will easily drive the 45mins to return here.

Decided to go here because they were a "Samsung authorized repair center." My phone went in for cracked screen, otherwise was still working fine, no issues. I was told two hours and I call back and they tell me my phone was "unrepairable" and they needed time to put it back together. I arrive back...my phone is wrapped in clear tape, screen won't even turn on whatsoever. They broke the connection that connects the actual screen and the phone, hence they made it "unrepairable"...I needed a copy for my insurance that it was unrepairable and the rep lied and said they have nothing in writing they could provide me. So I was left without a phone, no apologies or anything. Super unprofessional. And before you respond to call customer service....I did over a week ago and STILL haven't gotten a response...this whole experience has been a nightmare and costed me $550 in trade in value towards a new phone. I would highly recommend no one go here if you value your device. Instead of taking responsibility for actually damaging my phone, they decided to lie about it which costed me money.

My son shattered the screen on his old iPhone SE. I have insurance thank goodness. Awesome young man named Michael came to the house and did the repair in the van in about an hour. Fantastic service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

5 stars all around the board!!!! Best Buy tried to upsell me so I called and the store manager answered me, Robert. He said he could fix my issue in 5 minutes for much cheaper, and he did. Even helped me when I got home! Will definitely come here again!

Scamsung sent me there with a repair order. I drove over 1 hrs. They refused to fix it. The guy was rude & ignorant, refusing to hear me out. A joke of a business & the employee/Mgr does not belong in such a position. ZERO customer service with abundant arrogance.
