Best customer service and great turnaround times. My son and I had broken screens on our Samsung phones, and they were able to take us with no appointment and have our phones back up and flawless in less than 2 hours. I am extremely grateful for this store and their employees ❤️
Awesome place! When I picked my daughter up from school her phone screen was black and glitching. Luckily we have insurance on her phone through at&t asurian. I was able to file a claim through at&t and drop her phone off to be fixed right away and it was fixed as if nothing happen and nothing I had to pay out of pocket. The staff there was very polite and had excellent communication explaining the steps of getting my daughters phone fixed. Highly recommend.
Great business. Dropped in in a Saturday morning to replace the broken screen on my S23 Ultra and they had me in and out faster than they originally quoted (about an hour and a half)
The service was great and they were very helpful.
The only inconvenience is that if you are going through insurance and havent started a claim yet, they can not file a claim in store. This can be tough if your device is broken, but not unreasonable. My wife was able to start the claim online for me, but keep that in mind if you drop in before dealing with Assurion or your insurance.
The gentleman who fixed my phone was amazing! He was very informative, fixed my phone while I waited, like 10 minutes, I thought that was amazing as well.!!! Nice calm store, great selection of chargers and cases too.!!! And he taught me how to buy chargers and cords so the provide a better service to my phone.!!! I didn’t know that there was so much to look for.!!!
Anyway, I’m grateful that my screen got shattered now, and he was there to fix it and educate me in the process.!!!
Went in to get a tablet volume key fixed, and they were able to fix it on the spot. Very knowledge and they knew what needed to be done based on my explanations. Like a tech doc 😀. Employee was nice and approachable and store was clean. Thank you for all your help. Definitely will come back when needed.
We went in to the Yuba City location to have a new battery installed in an iphone, but it turned out it wasn’t necessary. The manager was honest with us and I appreciate his integrity. I would give them my business going forward.
SCAM‼️SCAM‼️DO NOT COME HERE! GET YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE‼️STEALING PHONE BATTERIES‼️Came here to get my Black iPhone 11 screen fixed, mind you the phone had no issues other than the screen prior to taking it in, I picked up the phone and it continuously kept turning off. It never used to do that so I went back to the store and confronted the employees about the problem. They looked at the phone and told me it has a bad battery then continued to offer me a new battery for the same price as the screen repair. My phone never used to turned off before that. This place is a SCAM and stealing people’s batteries and re-selling them! DO NOT COME HERE‼️‼️
