I had fully given up on fixing my iPhone till I came here. I had to leave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was excellent and they were quick. Special shout out for Francisco and Chris they made the experience quick and easy. Keep up the good work !

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, They fixed my Samsung that was under Warranty, so quick, let me tell you before I tooked to a different ubreakifix store and they didn't eanted to fixed cause they says the problem was caused by me and not a deffective phone, when my phone was completly clean No scratches or phisical damaged, I GIVE VAN NUYS LOCATION a 5 STARS they are the best

went in about a week ago, I had a terrible experience at this phone repair shop. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, failing to address my concerns or offer any meaningful assistance. They seemed more interested in getting me out the door quickly than actually resolving the issue.

I've come to this location a couple of times this was my second time. Both times left me with a positive opinion on this store. The time they give me is always a understanding time. But both times they always call me earlier then what I was told. No one can complain about having something done sooner. First time I had my lcd display changed. Worked perfect. I got a new phone later on and traded that one in. My current phone I dropped it on the concrete destroyed the screen. Same day repair and like I said they called me sooner then what time they originally said. Hands down quick and reliable store.

Francisco provided fantastic service for my broken phone. My phone had suffered some camera issues, and after dropping it off, he was able to diagnose, and resolve my camera issues. Some of the fastest service I'd ever gotten, and I will most likely be returning as I'm accident prone.

I brought my boyfriend's and I's zFlip5 to get the free screen protector replaced. We originally went to the Santa Clarita one which told us that both of our phones are qualified to get the free screen. Unfortunately Santa Clarita was full so we couldn't leave our phones there. At this location, they told us they couldn't do my boyfriend's. They came at us pretty aggressively for no reason, and honestly I found it odd that they couldn't do his. They plainly were very rude. They told us if the screen protector machine broke my boyfriend's flip, they wouldn't cover any cost and wouldn't take responsibility, and we would have to pay a 350 dollar fee to fix it. It's pretty ridiculous, I thought it was UBreakIFix, not WeBreakUPay?? Honestly , I had left my Flip there to have the screen protector changed out and I had a gut feeling they would break my phone on purpose. I took it back and we left. Don't come here. Go to the Santa Clarita location. They're leagues nicer and have better customer service. UPDATE: Just go to Samsung Experience stores. It's a pain to get to Glendale but they're heaps better.

I left a computer to see what’s the problem with. They called me to tell me my video card needs to be replaced, and it costs $50 for the consultation. I go, pick it up and get home, after I change my video card, I realize they took my SSD from my computer case. Good job. 👍🏽
