I was at the location on Cantrell, and the customer service was excellent! Both gentlemen were extremely nice and welcoming, and the man who helped me (forgive the brain fart; his name escapes me at the moment) was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient in explaining tech things to an amateur techie. These gentlemen deserve raises (it's worth a shot)!

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Keaton did a great job replacing my watch band. It was very difficult,but he got it accomplished!

Keaton got my S22 battery replaced without any issues and in the time the store said it would be ready. The smooth process is/was appreciated!

Brought my phone to this place a week ago! First of all they charged me the same price that apple would have. The first day I received my phone back the bottom of the screen got a hairline crack just from me setting it on my counter. The settings also have been telling me that they installed a faulty screen and or it was not installed correctly. My screen automatically shuts off everything I take a phone call. The color in my phone is much darker and off. Now that it has a hairline crack they are claiming that it is no longer under warranty. When I picked up phone up originally they tried to give me a screen that already had a crack in it. I found it before I left the building and they had to fix it. Horrible experience here and would not suggest you waist money. Trying to help someone out so they don’t get scammed in the future like I did.

I had an amazing experience here. Reanna helped checked me in and got me taken care of quickly. She even put a screen protector on for me! I was kind of stressed when I broke my phone but I appreciate her helping make my day better!

Great customer service, explained the fixing process very well. Left my phone and it was ready within 2 hours. Elaine was great, she made the process very easy. Five stars service!!!!

Came in at the last 30mins so the rush had the customer service was a bit dicy but service good so far. 👌 just wait to see what the results will be if they can fix my laptop. Initial intake to get my laptop in is $79.99

Sarah and Lexi took me from big ole tears to happy cheers yesterday!! Verizon failed me on my phone and the products they sold me with "warranty." Verizon are scam artists but these two angels and amazing!! Big shout out to Sarah for calming me down and helping me work out a plan when I had no working phone!!
