Brought in my PS5 2 weeks ago on a 8/14, I was told it would be fixed by the weekend. I had to call them 6 days later to check on the status. Received a voicemail the next day stating my PS5 was fixed but turns out the same problem still exists. Of course I brought in hoping they still can fix the problem. Fast forward to today, 8/31. I had to call again to check on my status and was told to call back Monday due to "there being no notes or paperwork on the PS5." The employees are kind but the system has to be better.

The young man that came to my apartment to fix my iPhone crack screen arrived on time. He was very friendly and he had knowledge of everything that was wrong with my iPhone, and it took him less than 20 minutes to take care of the problem. I would highly recommend that people have this insurance and they give it a try. This is my second time experiencing a problem with my iPhone and both times I was very pleased with the outcome. uBreakifix was a good place to take my phone when my screen broke and I had Asurion Insurance coverage with my AT&T service plan. I took my phone to the AT&T store to make my claim and appointment first. Because I was at the store after 5pm and uBreakifix was closed I had an appointment for the next day. My phone was fixed by noon the next day. the people were very nice. Although they made one error. They forgot to put the SIM CARD back in my phone. they made it right though by making a HouseCall to bring it to me to install it at no charge, so I did not have to go back to the store to get it. Or pay for any of it. I would highly recommend this repair shop and the people there.

This is not the place to go for quality service, I called and asked about a specific repair and parts availability was told they had everything I needed and could do everything I was asking. Upon arrival was told they did not perform one repair I was seeking nor did they have the parts to do it. My other repair I was told would take 30 min. Only to find out they did not have the battery for my phone, was told they would order it and have it in 5-7 days. Not acceptable when I was told they could do it on site as a result I took both of my devices to the Apple Store and they were repaired on the spot. I will never return to this business. If you can’t fix something so not tell me you can!
