Called them up and asked if they could service me, they told me "you can come.by tomorrow at 10am". Show up and they're closed, call the guy and they say they're closed until 12 today. Wonderful service guys! Just an all around amazing team.

My iphone is unfortunately in worse condition then went I brought it here! The employees were kind enough but they did not let me know that the $170 aftermarket screen replacement might be responsible for my phone to never work properly again. I noticed after getting my phone back random buttons were being pressed by a mysterious ghost on my screen, and my own touch was not working, overall super glitchy with rare occasional moments where everything was fine. The internal speaker also stopped working and I am unable to take calls, which I knew wasn’t a problem before because I called them to make an appointment in the first place! I took it back twice, first the employee turned it off and back on and sent me on my way, then I came back in the next day, I couldn’t display that my phone was still not working as it magically was fine when I stepped into the store, and was finally told that the screen could be the problem and I would need to pay an additional 270 (I found that apple only charges 200?). I feel utterly scammed.

With repairs costing alot and taking a long time usually, I was easily surprised with the speedy and satisfying services given. Took an hour to repair an incredibly damaged screen for a great cost. They have options that the average Joe can be satisfied with

I would definitely recommend coming here for any cellphone repairs/needs. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They communicate and update you during the entire time they have your phone with both emails and calls. They also seem to try all possibilities- if one thing doesn’t work they have other avenues to try rather than just giving up. You are definitely in good hands with them here!

My phone screen decided to black out on me. I called and they were super efficient fixing my Google Pixel. Picked it up 2 days later. Literally good as new! The price wasn't too terrible and they offer a year warranty 🤩

I brought a computer to this place to get repaired through insurance. Dropped my computer off August 15th for a battery & screen repair. Over a week and half later STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. I called multiple times having to ask for updates with nothing but always an excuse. Unfortunately insurance brought me here but they were advised of this situation. If you get told to go here for insurance there’s others. Nothing but a waste of time. Picked it up & bringing somewhere else who can do this in less than 2 week. FYI SAME OWNERS AT GARDEN CITY LOCATION. STAY FAR AWAY. They ended up frying my computer after being thrown around for weeks
